Breakfast was very basic and I don't think they were ready for the amount of guests that were there. There was very little of everything. Other than that I wish I would've read more before I booked. Even though there was a pool there was no hot tub, my bad for not investigating more lol. Customer service was good, not great, just good. When I arrived the employee was on video chat with someone and I had to wait for her to finish to even be acknowledged, but she was pleasant after. Every other employee we encountered had ear buds in and just walk by sometimes with a smile. But overall a good stay.

From check in to check out everyone of the Staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Anything I asked for we received. I stay in a lot of hotels and this stay was one of my best experiences lately. Thank you!

I stayed here last year to attend a hockey game that was in the nearby Toyota Center Arena. It's convenient staff is friendly and it's very clean.

Everything was fine except for the hot water was barely hot enough to take a shower. The front desk indicated this was an issue that was being resolved. But I probably would not stay her again.

There was one floor that was under construction, but that didn't affect anything. There was only one problem, there was no 'hot' water. I showered late in the evening, the water had to be all the way hot, and it was barely warm enough. The next morning was no better.

Hotel is under a remodel and I didn’t know that before coming. Bed obviously wasn’t new (not comfortable at all)

It can be a great place to stay.. However there was water running all the time from the room above us. Called the front desk about it once at 2:00am. The front desk said they would check it out. The water was off shortly after that. However it was short lived. Let them know about it again at checkout.
Water in the shower was lukewarm. Not fun when it is cold outside!

We stayed here as it was close to Pacific Cataract and Laser Institute, where I had cataract surgery. We live two hours away, and since I had to go back the day after surgery, we decided to spend the night. There are MANY restaurants in this area, and if I’d felt up to it, a lot of shopping. I’m having surgery on my other eye next week and we’ll be staying here again.

The website did not reveal that the hotel was going through a renovation and they were ONLY using 1 floor for all guests. Our room had a crack in the bathroom wall, and there was constant noise of water running from the floor above. The walls in the bedroom were marred up and in need of paint. We appreciated their effort in proving a bit more than a continental breakfast, however it would be nice to have real scrambled eggs instead of powdered eggs every single day; change the potatoes, they were not appealing & didn't taste good. The hotel has potential but right now it needs some help.
