The associates were all extremely friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is just distance away from the street that you’re now disturbed by any road noise. Peaceful rest! Will return!

When we checked in we told them that we wanted clean towels every day. The person at the front desk told us she would let housekeeping know. The first full day we used the towels, and expected clean towels, bed made and garbage emptied. NONE OF THAT WAS DONE! So I called down to the desk and they brought us fresh towels, told me to put the others in hall outside the door. I did that. The next day we were hoping everything would be done, and it was except the bed. The third full day was the same as the first, had to call down and request towels, which we received. The overflowing trash was not emptied and again the bed was not made. The bed was never made the whole trip. We stayed a total of 4 nights and 3 days. The hotel itself is nice and is very updated. They take excellent care of the outside.

Fantastic stay at the Hampton Inn in Kernersville. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Really enjoyed the breakfasts and gym every day. I will be back !

Walls are thin. You could hear everything and every person in the hallway. The floor over me the person kept walking but it sounded like stomping. The hotel was great though. Nice and clean. Along with friendly staff.

The check in process was great and the front desk was friendly and helpful. My room smelled heavily of aftershave, the ac did not work, the sheets are rough, the bed is hard, and the sink leaked. I could tell that the floor in the bathroom had not been cleaned since there was dried urine in front of the toilet. I am going to give them one more try, but I do not have high hopes.
