Barton Hall Hotel & Spa

I recently enjoyed a relaxing stay at Barton Hall. The grounds are beautiful, and the spa was a highlight, especially in the sunshine. However, the breakfast was disappointing. The English breakfast options were too salty, and the juice tasted synthetic, making it poor value for money. The staff were somewhat strict about the rules for accessing the spa, which felt a bit excessive. Despite this, they were generally helpful and courteous. Overall, a nice stay with lovely surroundings, but some improvements needed in breakfast quality and staff approach.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ WOW, absolutely flawless. The welcome we had was incredible, all of the team were , friendly, funny and very very attentive. The bar staff, the events team, the spa staff made our stay so memorable. We have been lucky enough to travel the world and have experienced the best hospitality whilst doing so. The experience here was right up there with the best. Joanne at the spa was such a delight l. Her smile brightened our day and could not have been more helpful.

We recently attended a wedding of very close friends, and I've got to say that this venue is simply beautiful. From the orangery where the ceremony took place, to the elegant and extensive grounds, it couldn't be more perfect. The function room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a bar! All in all, a magical experience.

Had the most amazing time, the rooms are amazing, spa is incredible and food is something else. In terms of service the staff could not do more for you especially Ruby She was so attentive and really went the extra mile, chatty and so funny A real gem in the Barton Hall Crown

Due to it being an outside spa we have been waiting for a gorgeous day to arrive so we could try out this spa. We did the lunch time session and had the whole spa to ourselves. The staff were lovely, the facilities were clean and the outdoor spa was lovely. The main pool is definitely the best feature. The food was impeccable and we sat outside with a gorgeous view of the gardens. We shall be recommending this spa to family and friends.

I had a fantastic evening spa session last week with friends. The spa and the facilities are amazing so lovely and clean, as soon as we walked in we instantly felt relaxed, such a calming environment. On arrival we were welcomed with Prosecco and smiles from the reception staff. The spa team were amazing, Joanne was fabulous and really looked after us. I loved that the spa is outside, it was such a lovely experience, the sunshine definitely helped too! Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to return.

Great experience at the spa. Visited with friends and was welcomed with prosseco and smiles from the staff. The venue was very modern and clean and great facilities for a relaxing experience. We were well looked after by spa team member Joanne kettley who went out of her way to make our experience enjoyable. Highly recommend.

My husband and I booked this hotel for our anniversary and it was just perfect. Lots of little touches which make the stay feel special. All staff are friendly and say hello to you as you’re walking around the hotel, even though they’re busy with weddings going on you don’t feel like you’re missing out with excellent customer service as a hotel user. The hotel and grounds are beautiful! The room itself was very spacious, big bath and shower. The room and hotel in general is spotlessly clean. The next morning we had breakfast which was an excellent selection good quality buffet and coffee facilities, then we went to use the spa for a couple of hours and this for me was the best part of the hotel. I’ve never seen an outdoor spa at a hotel before but with the weather currently being lovely and warm in the UK it felt like being on holiday!! Plenty of sunloungers, sauna, steam room, ‘ice bath’ (which wasn’t really an ice bath just a bath filled with cold water but I wouldn’t have used that anyway so didn’t bother me!) and a large hydrotherapy hot tub. I have to say, the hydrotherapy pool is AMAZING! The jets were just right and it felt like having a full body massage, absolutely the most relaxing hot tub I’ve ever used. I also liked that in the changing room there was a little machine you can use to dry your swimsuit which again is just a nice touch which I’ve never seen before. We will absolutely stay here again and will definitely book a spa day here with massage treatments at some point! A wonderful relaxing stay for two exhausted new parents celebrating our anniversary!!

Gift voucher from my son for Christmas. Wonderful relaxing massage. Gorgeous setting, friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely be back for more. Only regret was I didn't have longer. Next time will be booking a full spa day package and maybe a night stay in the hotel
