We had a wonderful stay in Key Biscayne. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to the beach, lighthouse, and local restaurants—while still feeling quiet and relaxing. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made the whole trip stress-free. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location, good value Martin’s apartment in Key Biscayne suited our needs really well. It is near the beach, it is near Bill Baggs State Park, it is across the street from a shopping mall with a Winn-Dixie grocery store, and the neighborhood is quiet. The apartment was clean and reasonably spacious for two people. The furnishings were nice enough for us and a good value for what we paid. We would stay here again.

Great stay! This was a clean, easy place to stay- like a condo unit with a small central courtyard with pool. The beach access was an easy walk down the neighborhood and the beach was lovely. Martin was quick to respond to any questions. We’d stay there again and highly recommend!

Girls Trip The weather tried to do us in but Martin was able to accommodate us to push back a day. He was very easy to work with, much appreciated. Loved the location of the property. Did not rent a car just used Uber and a golf cart! What we wish we had - toiletries in the bathroom and maybe coffee creamer ? Not a huge deal but since we got in so late couldn’t get to the store until the next day. Having beach chairs and towels was wonderful. Thank you!
