One street over from Duval and one block from southern most point. Clean and comfortable rooms with a large heated pool. Friendly staff and absolutely the best waffles, as well as a decent assortment of other items to eat for your complimentary breakfast. A+ nestled in history key west

The rooms are large, very quiet and family friendly, ice cold air conditioning, great pool area, pool towels, nice hot breakfasts with lots of variety, plenty of closet space, 2 sinks, hooks in bathroom, hot shower, comfy beds with many pillows, nice chair with foot stool, desk area to sit at, high speed internet, lots of shaded outdoor areas to relax/read, tons of tv channels, nice fridge & microwave, really clean, friendly hardworking staff, super close to ocean and Duval Street, bus stop close by $1 Duval Loop air conditioned, 2nd time staying here

We were so pleased with our visit to the BW Hibiscus. It was amazingly clean. The staff was friendly, and we loved the location. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay in Key West. And we will be back!

What an affordable gem to find in Key West (with a nice breakfast included!). The hotel itself is a classic style 2 story motel that is clean, clean, clean. But the best spot to be is the pool courtyard. Surrounded by palm trees and plentiful deck chairs and huge lounges it's an oasis where you can take a break from the busier parts of town or to spend an afternoon reading and enjoying a bit of peace and quiet. Off street parking is a definite bonus. At the front desk talk to Will. He's a font of information and friendly. Within a short walk is the Butterfly House (Go; it's amazing.), the Southernmost Point buoy, Hemingway House & Museum, beach, shops, food, and a bus stop.

We spent Christmas in Key West. It was our first time in Key West and we were looking for a budget friendly place but close to Duval Street and the beach. We found the Best Western Hibiscus to be a true gem. It is a cute older hotel that was immaculate, had a super friendly staff, a nice hot breakfast that was included, and a roomy pool area. Our room was above the lobby and was huge. We even had a small seating area outside our room where we would have breakfast in the mornings. We were one block from Duval street and would walk to it everyday. And we were two blocks from the ocean and were able to walk to it and watch the sunrise in the mornings.

After retiring and becoming Permanent Florida residents in late January 2025, we decided to celebrate my Wife’s 66th birthday with a trip to Key West!!! My first and only choice was the Best Western Hibiscus!! No Resort fee, Free Parking and Free breakfast and very reasonable rates. What’s not to like?? Our room even had a second bath sink, separate from the bathroom! You cannot beat the location!!! A block or so from Duval Street. Room was clean and everything was perfect! If you’re planning a trip to Key West you can’t go wrong by staying here!!!!

We chose this place based on price and reviews. We thought it was worth it. Great location with parking. Beds were comfortable. Nice pool. The hotel was a little bit dated, but that didn't impact our stay. Good breakfast and water and coffee were available all day. The front desk was very helpful. We would stay here again.

This place is a great value for Key West. Don't be deceived by the great price. The front desk is super helpful and will try to accommodate your requests. Will at the front desk was especially helpful, as well as the kitchen staff. Rooms are clean and basic. Plenty of towels to use at the pool. The pool is one of the nicest in KW, with a 8 foot deep end.

Great boutique style hotel, huge clean rooms, nice pool and courtyard, great rates. The location is good- quiet but a very short walk to Duval. The absolute best part of this property is the staff! Huge shout out to Chris at the front desk …he is awesome, so knowledgeable and real. Will stay here every time we go to Key West.

The walkability score for this location is amazing. We averaged 6-8 miles a day of leisurely walking. Proximity to Duval St cannot be beat. Will at the front desk is the crown jewel! Love staying here. We make friends every year.

Awesome stay, great pool, good breakfast . Rooms are large with2 vanity with sinks which is great for getting ready. Prices are great with no Resort fees! Or parking fees like many places charge you. Staff and housekeeping are very helpful. Will be back next October.

This place is an outstanding value. We had a great stay. Everything was as TripAdvisor comments described. Location is great - convenient to all historic KW sights. The area and property are quiet. Breakfast was excellent. Employees were wonderful. Room was very large - much larger than typical in this area. Most rooms don't have good sized refrig and microwave. Pool area is gorgeous and much larger than others in this area. Value is terrific. We will not hesitate to stay there again.

The location was great! The room was comfortable with plenty of amenities. It was very clean and comfortable too! We stayed two nights and had no issues whatsoever.

This is a very clean and exceptionally well run hotel - Rates are reasonable - Breakfast is very good and has enough variety for everyone to be able to get something to start the day. Pool is clean - Rooms are clean - An especially good value overall.
