The location is good, but the sound insulation on the first floor of the villa is poor. People on the upper floor get up at 6 in the morning and walk around in the room, and the sound below us is like an earthquake.

The room is practical and simple, and the small balcony at the door is quite pleasant, but the extra resort fee of $50 per night is too expensive and not worth it. I will choose near westpoint next time

Poor customer service, no clean up service around pool area after eating or drinks, requesting house-cleaning 3X and they never came. Roach in bathroom. very limited shuttle service (day time hours only) and must pre-schedule

Great location. Property offers a resort atmosphere. Love the landscaping and porches with great vibe/music. Staff is very friendly. Shuttles available to Duvall and the beach. Ricky, the shuttle driver is an absolute ROCK STAR!! On site accommodations for all adventure needs. Rooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Will be staying here again.

We stayed on Christmas Eve. Everything was great, except the mandatory valet parking. They expect you to schlep all your luggage through the long property from and back to the reception area so the valet can bring your car to the front, even if it’s parked right outside your room. This is especially irksome when it’s raining (as it did on Christmas Eve). We also had to make two luggage runs (we were four guests, including an elderly person who has trouble walking, so I wanted to park as close to the room for her sake as possible). They let me self-park when I objected to using the valet, but it should be an optional service, not mandatory. Makes no sense otherwise, except as a tip grab for the valets, since they already charge a on-site parking fee.
Also, the property has an area with trucked in sand and hammocks, but no beach. Would have stayed a second night if not for that, because we enjoyed our time there, especially the food at The Grove. The next day we went instead to a smaller bungalow resort in another key that had its own private beach and free kayaks for the guests. What’s the point of staying in the keys if you don’t wake up to a beach?

This was a trip for my 40th bday. My husband planned everything and he didn’t miss a beat. Property was nice. Shuttles to excursions, easily rent a golf cart at front desk along with book excursions. I enjoyed it to the extreme easy and no hassle to think about what to do. Rent a golf cart and head to duval street. An entire day can be spent there!
