Reviews of Ibis Bay Resort

This hotel is a bit dated but has a nice beach-themed decor. However, the evening receptionist's welcome was quite cold. No smile, no greeting, nothing. The pool was great. Breakfast was just okay.

The price (300 € four night)is tuoo much compared to what this accomodation can offer. The right price should be 100/120€ per night

My experience with Ibis was mixed and not so well. Kind of terrif they have and return services and amenities you get it not worth. The room was so small and not so clean. Bathroom showers were leaking and stains in the restroom. The windows curtain was torn which is a privacy issue. Breakfast has very limited 1-2 options and if you are vegetarian you will only have bread to eat. I would rate it overall poor.

Good price and good location

We really liked the hotel. Their restaurant is excellent, with delicious seafood, friendly staff, good prices, and the beach is beautifully landscaped with lounge chairs and hammocks. There's also a small pool on the property, but it's enough for a refreshing swim. There's a parrot at the reception entrance who says hello and goodbye. There are also a couple of enclosures with turtles and a parrot. The room isn't large, but it's very cozy. We'll definitely return to this hotel on our next trip to Key West.

Better than expected. Parking is available right outside, better than your average motel. There's a small private beach, the buffet breakfast is delicious, and there are various water sports facilities available.

I liked the hotel; the grounds are fantastic, with a pool, not very crowded, turtles and parrots, and sun loungers and hammocks all over the place. I was very pleased with the free parking. Wi-Fi was good throughout the hotel. Breakfasts are simple, without hot dishes or cereals. The room is modest and quite small, and the shower water is cool.
