The pool is very small but nice. Perfect location two blocks from the main street where everything is. Parking at the paid door.

The bed set was very clean and pleasant, the best bed I've slept in since travelling for a month.
The bedside clock was so annoying that I had to unplug the battery and put it back on when I checked out.
There is a front yard, but the room is very small, and there is no place to spread the 26-inch suitcase.
Since it is the first floor of the bungalow, there are inevitably all kinds of insects in the room.
Living in room #84 in the second district, next to the swimming pool is inevitably a bit lively at night.
The occupants of room 85 next door are quite noisy watching TV all day. Soundproofing is not very good, although not entirely the hotel's problem.
Food: Breakfast was better than average.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Very close to Duvall Street, shopping, and restaurants. The property and room were clean and well maintained. Room was small but all we needed and was cleaned daily.
Breakfast was limited but sufficient. Chickens/roosters are a real thing and they could be heard in the morning! Nothing that the property could control, just be aware.
We would definitely stay again!

Great location for couple getaway and convenient walking distant to Old Town Key West. Bungalow room on the smaller side but the bed very comfortable, room clean and quiet.

The property was clean, beautiful, and well located. The only real problems were lack of attention by the housekeeping staff. Can a week stay we only got our room cleaned once. All other days they came so late in the afternoon there was no point. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Sonia gave me the best customer experience I’ve ever received. Kimpton management — I hope you’re taking note! Sonia was kind and quick to come up with solutions after we came to her with an issue during our stay. Location wise, this spot is excellent. The property has a mix of historic and new-build buildings and the property is well landscaped. Unfortunately it rained/was cloudy the whole time we were there so no pool days for us but the pool looked nice. And the fact that the rooms have umbrellas was so nice, we used ours often! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Sonia, for making our visit.
