The hotel is great! The environment is elegant, with a swimming pool and a small beach. You can see a sea of water on the balcony of the room, and the garden view on the other side is also beautiful. The first floor of the room is the foyer, and there is a bedroom on the second floor and the third floor, each with a double bed, a kitchenette and a small living room. Old children love it. Went to Key West and suggested staying two nights more time.

The public viewing facilities in the hotel are also readily available, but personally I recommend not to choose those expensive ocean view rooms when booking, because the good views are in the public facilities The view of the room is average, so it is not necessary and the price will be much worse.

This hotel was great. The location is awesome because is right at the traffic light when you get to Key West. The room was big with an extra sitting space and 2 TVs with a microwave and a fridge. The pool was great and have a full bar and gazebos perfect for families or friends. Theresa was very helpful and she paid attention to details and have a great guest services oriented mind. I will definitely return to this hotel

Great location if you want to be further away from the downtown and avoid the noise, it is close to the airport so you may hear planes fly in occasionally but I wasn't bothered. The rooms are clean and modernized to look great, free basic breakfast is included, and a staff member is available to help with booking activities in the lobby. One thing I didn't appreciate are the hidden costs they at no point told me would come. Upon check-in I was told I had already paid for everything and only a $50 hold would be placed on my card for my stay, a few days after departure however I receive a charge of approximately $30/night for my stay. ”Resort Fees” I was a no point informed of. Expect Hidden costs after leaving should you stay here. Otherwise clean and neat hotel

The environment is very good, the facilities are relatively complete, but the air-conditioning sound is a bit loud, and others are satisfied. There is a lake behind the hotel and there is a small beach where you can sit and enjoy the scenery! You can order your own breakfast every morning, wei dao is also delicious, there is a big supermarket opposite the hotel, shopping is more convenient! Key West is not very big, so it is basically 10 minutes to drive to, and the price/performance ratio is not high. I recommend this hotel🏨

La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

I booked a ”room with bunk beds” through some travel website or another. I needed a place to crash after meeting friends, so I didn't much care what the beds were like. So, during check in, I was told that my keycard opened by room and my locker. And my brain said, ”My what?!” What I had actually purchased was a bunk bed in a room. A room shared with other guests. Three of them, to be specific. This is not your average hotel because it's not a hotel: it's a hostel. Look, I've stayed in numerous hostels and shared rooms with plenty of people. And this place is probably the nicest hostel I've ever stayed in. But I don't want to be surprised by it when I arrive. That throws the whole thing off from the start. It was a very nice place, but the surprise of finding out I'm in a communal room gave a sour first impression. If you know what you're getting and don't mind getting it, it's a fine place and a heck of a lot more affordable than the rest of Key West. But you need to know what you are actually purchasing here.

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

Our first time in the Keys, for a weddnig, and we chose to stay at this hotel. The lobby was fairly nice, as far as lobbies go, and the front desk staff was nice. That is pretty much where the niceties end. We got into our room, which smelled moldy and our shower had a lot of bugs in it. Disgusting right? We requested a new room and thankfully we were immediately moved. The new room still smelled a little moldy, but it was faint and there were no bugs so we stayed. A friend of mine was staying here as well & he had the same problem with bugs and his second room smelled extremely moldy! Not sure how he stayed in there with that smell. Overall, room cleanliness was a challenege to say the least. The couch in our room was stained, the floor just didn't feel clean and I had my shoes on, and I found a wash cloth that appeared to have been used but never replaced! We had a couple technical issues as well, one of the nightstand lights didn't work but maintenance was able to fix that by replacing the bulb. Our phone, however, did not work at all and after a few tries at new phone cords, maintenance could not get it to work. Thank God we didn't have any emergencies otherwise we would have had to ride the elevator all the way down to the lobby to get help! The lighting in the room was terrible, its pretty dark even with the curtains drawn back. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor and water ran under the door into the sink area. The poolside bar was pretty good, inflated prices of course, but the food & drinks they delivered was good. The pool area was pretty but unaccessable the entire time we were there. It was apparently being renovated but the only thing we saw was someone painting the deck and draining the pool. The fact that this hotel charges a resort fee is a crime in and of itself. The entire building needs to undergo mold removal, deep cleaning & each room needs renovating. When we get a chance to make the trip to the Keys again I promise we will never stay in this hotel again. To be honest, I doubt we will ever stay in a Hilton again if we can help it because of the negative experience we had here.

There are fewer breakfast categories, the room is Unicom room, really need an extra bed, it will be a bit crowded; our big bed is not crowded. There are swimming pools and Jacuzzi, and there are very few people. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the square to see, drive about 20 minutes or so, and get off at regular intervals. There is free parking, you ask the front desk, the front desk said that there is a fee, but I did not check the account later.

Location: Very good, walking distance to everything in Key West. Service: Thanks for providing early check-in in hot weather. The second time I went to the counter, the waiter could call out my last name. facility: The bed set was very clean and pleasant, the best bed I've slept in since travelling for a month. The bedside clock was so annoying that I had to unplug the battery and put it back on when I checked out. There is a front yard, but the room is very small, and there is no place to spread the 26-inch suitcase. Since it is the first floor of the bungalow, there are inevitably all kinds of insects in the room. Living in room #84 in the second district, next to the swimming pool is inevitably a bit lively at night. The occupants of room 85 next door are quite noisy watching TV all day. Soundproofing is not very good, although not entirely the hotel's problem. Food: Breakfast was better than average.

This time the departmental group went to Dujiangyan, and then chose this newly opened Hampton by Hilton hotel. The location of the hotel is very good. Chengdu has been driving for over an hour. The location is in Dujiangyan City. It is close to some must-see attractions, such as Nanqiao and Yulei Mountain Park. There are also a lot of food nearby, hot pot restaurants, barbecue. The room was unexpectedly comfortable and warm. The check-in efficiency at the front desk is also good, and there are three breakfast options to be delivered to the room during yq, which is very intimate. The price / performance ratio is also very high. I will still choose this place when I bring my family over next time ~

Hotel is expensive for what it is but it appears this is the case for all hotels in Key West. Room was clean and functional and beds comfortable so what more do you need?! Breakfast was served outside at a bar area next to the pool. I’m not sure what happens if it rains? Breakfast was simple (bagels, boiled eggs, toast, coffee) and a bit chaotic if you hit it at a busy time. The pool area is small with a limited number of loungers. We didn’t have a problem getting loungers but I can imagine this could be a problem if all guests wanted one. The nearest beach is about a 20 minute walk away. The hotel has very limited parking but there appears to be plenty of free spaces in nearby streets - we certainly had no problem finding a place to park for no charge. Front desk staff were very helpful and I couldn’t fault them. All in all, an ok hotel and if you don’t want to spend too much on accommodation in Key West it is worth considering.

Charming guesthouse. Our room was little but cozy and beautiful, with everything we needed. Every detail blends perfectly. The outdoor area is comfortable and pleasant. Breakfast was lovely and the owner was simply amazing. We rented the bicycle to better enjoy the surroundings, and it was great. Super awesome hotel, in the north of Key West Island, about ten minutes' drive from the main port area and attractions area of Malloey Square. The hotel has a free shuttle bus. The room is just going out to enjoy the beach, the white sand and fine waves hammock, it is wonderful, and there are a group of long-billed birds taking a leisurely stroll, and immediately decided to stay for another day. There is no problem for one bed for one adult and one baby. The breakfast is relatively simple but not bad. The restaurant has a good environment. The lobster set for lunch is dazzling, enough for four adults for $198. The hotel has a swimming pool with parrots and sea turtles. Parking in front of the room is convenient. Across the road from the hotel is a big supermarket and fast food restaurant, pizza hut, and discount clothing store Ross is super convenient for shopping. And when we arrived at the hotel, we directly asked for the price of a twin room at $300 per night. We checked Ctrip on the spot and ordered it online immediately. awesome!

The public viewing facilities in the hotel are also readily available, but personally I recommend not to choose those expensive ocean view rooms when booking, because the good views are in the public facilities The view of the room is average, so it is not necessary and the price will be much worse.

Been to Key West many times. (we live in Fort Lauderdale, so it's a nice getaway that is a short drive) Our preference is to stay at guest houses on the east end of the island, rather than staying in the busier east end. We rent bikes on arrival and keep the car parked. Parking is a problem with this property. They have what appeared to be 6 spots at $25/night, and 20 spots at a lot nearby at $20/night. None of which were available. Options were to park at meters at $5/HOUR, or to find rare non metered street parking. Since we frequent the area often,we knew where to street park w/o meters, just 2 blocks away. The room was clean and simple, no maid service, you had to go to the desk and ask for towels, soap etc. Comfortable bed and a fridge in the room. Only drawback was the constant drone of window unit A/C that barely kept the room cool. When I booked the room the confirmation email said that upon arrival we would be charged $74.97. What we were actually charged was $118.09. Even showing the confirmation email to the desk attendant made no matter. The included continental breakfast was sufficient, juices, coffee, waffle maker, bagels, fruit, cereals. The dining area was clean, well maintained and central A/C. Also included is a happy hour from 5-7 in the lobby with wine and individually wrapped snacks. Over all 4 stars, had parking been free and they honored the price we were expecting to pay on arrival, they'd get 5 stars. But hey, it's Key West, they march to a different drum.

I found this hotel on TripAdvisor. Once again a top rated boutique type Hotel on TripAdvisor does not disappoint. I can’t say enough good things about this property with only one minor hitch. We did have to wait an hour and a half for our room after our 4 o’clock arrival. However, they removed our parking charge and several days worth of resort fees. No hard feelings. The courtyard with two pools and a bar is an oasis. There is a nice breeze. Lots of palm trees. There is a fountain that blocks the street noise and also piped in music. Our room opened out onto a patio leading right to the pool. Every evening they brought chocolates for the turn down service as well as Dove bars and muffins. The beds were very comfortable. We also loved the double headed master rain-shower. The rooms were very quiet. The concierge who is also the front desk check in person provided good advice on where to eat, rented us a golf cart, and set us up for a three hour charter boat. The location is outstanding just off of Duval Street near the Southern most point. We could walk pretty much everywhere. We did rent a golf cart more so for fun than anything else. Patricia the poolside bartender for our five days we were there was outstanding. She was very customer service oriented and made great drinks. Drinks poolside were very reasonably priced. They provide unlimited free smoothies all day long. There is happy hour from 4:30 to 5:30 with free wine. Parking was behind the hotel. We will definitely return to this hotel. We did not try the restaurant attached to this hotel.

This was our 3rd time staying here and it will not be our last. New owners took over a couple days before this visit, just hope they don't mess it up (haha). This was our first time bring our kids, (12&16) they enjoyed it as well. Staff is very accommodating and the guests are like family. It seems like everyone staying there knows one another. La concha is a beautiful & historic hotel in the heart of beautiful Key West. The location is unbeatable & the balcony rooms, while smaller than other standard rooms, offers excellent people watching & beautiful blue sky views. A parking space is included, which is great to have right on Duval & Fleming Streets. The staff was mostly very friendly, but the service level varied. At one point in our stay, the front desk went out of their way to make us a key card to use the microwave located in the conference room. When I asked to use it the next day, another staff member says there wasn't one in the building. I went & took a photo through the window to show him. He then said he could not grant me access as the desk had previously done. No biggie but a little frustrating. Our main issue with the hotel was HIDDEN FEES. Upon arrival, we were told we would be charged a fee of over $80 per room as a ”destination fee,” which was never explicitly disclosed & was certainly not fairly advertised. I asked about waiving this fee & the night desk said it was possible to check & see with day manager. The next day, they insisted the fee could not be waived & were unwilling to help with it further. I let them know I booked through a 3rd party prepaid, it said fees & taxes were included. They said read the fine print. They charged my card for the fees. Not being forthcoming and clear about the destination fee was the issue I had. And having parts of the hotel amenities, including outdoor areas, being closed off during the stay make this resort/destination fee more of a slap in the face. To highlight this point, the staff at this ”destination” hotel warned us that if we see some stuff a little run down or not in operation, its because the hotel just got bought & things wouldn't get straightened out until the new company takes over. Also minor issues for such a pricey hotel included missing slats on the inner balcony door & similar minor cosmetic issues. Other than that it is a beautiful building & top-notch location. Overall the experience was very enjoyable. P.S. The awesome bar tender makes delicious key lime martinis!

This hotel is a kind of more lively hotel, just at the cruise terminal. In the morning breakfast, there will be cruise ships of major cruise companies coming and parked, and will drive away in the afternoon! The hotel's people are all foreign friends and buddies come together for a holiday party, the pool is very lively, the pool view room will be noisy at night! Sea view room is ok! I feel that it is not so suitable for a family to bring children, if a few families bring children together! It's convenient to go anywhere, needless to say! But to say that it is convenient, there is not much in the center of Key West, which is very convenient! The hotel is good because of its location, so the price is not high! Nothing else to say, the service level is first class! Sea view room can see the setting sun!

There are fewer breakfast categories, the room is Unicom room, really need an extra bed, it will be a bit crowded; our big bed is not crowded. There are swimming pools and Jacuzzi, and there are very few people. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to the square to see, drive about 20 minutes or so, and get off at regular intervals. There is free parking, you ask the front desk, the front desk said that there is a fee, but I did not check the account later.
