Overall- its a nice clean hotel with spacious rooms , were pleased what they have organised a separate bed for our yong traveler( 1.2 years old) ,so be sure its a great place to stay with a child. But unfortunately,for me , a big frustration what they taking your passport ,making copies,filling some kind of forms and send private information to the 3d party's. Only if you are foreigner. I have nothing to hide, but guys,this is Russia, and I didnt like what some one took my personal private information and sold it to wherever without even asking my permission!!! How I can be sure they will use this information wisely? Unfortunately I could not leave the hotel because of the young one, but please think twice before visiting them- are u ready to give copy of your documents to someone with out any proof and trust.

Отличная гостиница! Находится в центре города, всё очень близко. Номер очень уютный, но вид из окна - стена соседнего здания. В целом я очень доволен. Первая гостиница в Хабаровске с 4* в которой оказался мини бар, это дополнительный плюс. Есть парковка и все услугу которые включают гостиницы подобного класса. Но есть и эксклюзив, массаж! Идет, как дополнительная услуга.

Останавливаюсь в этом отеле не первый год. Все рабочие командировки и перелеты прошли в этом отеле. Но в это раз я получила огромное разочарование и унижение. На вторую ночь в соседний номер заселилась компания молодёжи и праздновали День рождения до трех часов ночи. Не выспалась совсем, еле выдержала рабочий день потом и плюсом долгую дорогу. На мои требования отключить музыку и перестать шуметь молодые девочки из номера обозвали меня "базарной хабалкой", администратора послали куда подальше, указав на ее некомпетентность и "что отель может сделать компании, если они не прекратят шуметь?" , меня отель переселять в другой номер отказался, администратор сказала, что повлиять на шумоизоляцию не может. Все звуки от музыки и коллективных криков с подпеванием до шума туалета и звона бутылок - я всё пережила и плохо. Я - инженер с тремя высшими образованиями не удостоилась даже извинений от отеля. Никогда больше не остановлюсь в этом отеле. И никто из моего предприятия тоже никогда не воспользуется услугами этого отеля. Если отель предлагает провести День рождения у них в номерах, тогда нужно выделить зону и шумоизолировать для этих дел. Отель не защитил меня, не помог, не извинился. Ценовая политика услуг не соответствует действительности. Зачем там вообще охрана сидит, почему не позвонили в полицию для устранения инцидента?! Молодёжь наглая, хамоватая. Так обидно и неприятно. Обслуживание номера по уборке и завтрак мне понравились - здесь претензий нет.
