The conditions of Russian hotels are flawed. There is huge room for improvement. The hardware cannot keep up and the service is also arrogant. I don’t know if it is this hotel or the general nature. The facilities cannot keep up and the service is not attentive. Let’s just live there.

Отличное месторасположение. Всё рядом. Хорошие завтраки. Вежливый персонал. Номера чуть изношены. Особенно Ванные комнаты. В номере не фиксировался кран. Подтекала вода под перегородку в ванной. Цена завышена.

В конце января в Хабаровске в номере прохладно. Кондиционер на обогрев не работает. Принесли обогреватель. Включать обогреватель это по норме пожарной безопасности? Вода горячая с очень слабым напором, что приходится включать кран полностью на кипяток. Нельзя попросить принести завтрак в номер… отвечают, что шведский стол этого не предполагает. Не первый раз останавливаюсь в этой сети гостиниц и такие недостатки впервые.

Огромное спасибо всему персоналу за заботу ! В отеле идеальная чистота! Как Золотому статуснику , мне был сделан апгрейд номера и комплимент ( огромная фруктовая корзина) ! Надеюсь на встречу в сл году ! Отель находится в 5 минутах пешком от остановки до аэропорта. Всех благ вам !

Замечательный отель! Заселили на два часа раньше без проблем. Номер у нас был стандарт - небольшой номер с балконом, со всеми удобствами и всем необходимым. Убирались в номере каждый день, пополняли чаем, кофе, водой, косметикой и прочим тоже каждый день. Очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый персонал. Расположен отель в центре, в 5 минутах от набережной Амура. Рядом много кафе, магазинов и достопримечательностей. Ресторан Мука при отеле выше всяких похвал! Очень вкусно, уютно, доброжелательно!

Поменять полностью руководство кафе или заключить договор с другим агентом. Был уже не первый раз..всегда были претензии к работе кухни, но в этот раз был просто огорчен. Выбора блюд нет, алкоголя нет. Коктейлей нет. Десертов нет. Простых соленых огурцов тоже нет
