The location is excellent, and the hotel staff were very kind. The food was carefully prepared, like a typical home-cooked meal. We also requested a pick-up from Urgench Airport, which was a lifesaver since we arrived at night. It cost 20 dollars.

A wonderful hotel in the heart of the old city, inside the Ichan Kala fortress, with all the sights within walking distance. Highly recommended.

Located in the old town. Excellent location, right in the center, within walking distance of everything. Helpful, friendly, and attentive staff. 👍

The room key was really stiff, which caused me trouble several times, but the staff helped me each time. However, I wish there had been at least some tissues in the room.
