Isakhoja Hotel

Extremely convenient location right by Ximen. If you tell them you're a hotel guest, you can enter and exit the gate freely even without a shared ticket. The staff are very kind, the room is spacious and clean, with ample amenities, and the air conditioning works great.

The hotel is located right next to Itchan Kala, just a 1-minute walk away. You get a direct view of the wall, and everything is new and beautiful. The breakfast is good, and the front desk staff speak Russian. I recommend it.

Traveling with friends in Khiva, this hotel is newly built and located on the street outside the west gate of the old city. The lobby is grand and elegant, and the second-floor terrace offers beautiful views directly facing the city walls. The room facilities are complete, the shower has great water pressure, and the breakfast is rich, with a particularly delicious croissant. Since our train was at 3 PM, the front desk helped us extend our check-out until 2 PM. Thank you!

This hotel offers views of the old town, and you can even go up to the rooftop to photograph all that incredible beauty. The room itself is clean, new, and comfortable. The guy at the front desk was kind and friendly. His colleague recommended a nearby teahouse, and we didn't regret it at all. The location is such that you can sit on the shared balcony, have a drink, and watch people and the fortress. On the downside, the room was a bit too dark for us, with not much light. The window faces the staircase, and a couple of times we saw people there, meaning if you walk out of the shower naked, you might run into someone's gaze. Breakfast was just average.

The owner was very friendly, and the hotel is brand new, less than 100 meters from the West Gate ticket office. Breakfast was good, and there's a Feed Up burger joint nearby. You need to buy a combo ticket for Khiva, which costs 250,000 Uzbek Som and allows unlimited re-entry for two days. It's very convenient to go back to the hotel to rest in between visits.
