Good trip in Khonkean

It could be improved by providing coffee inside the room instead of going downstairs by the lobby. But overall the cleanliness of the room is maintained. Recommended for travelers.

The receptionist refused to check in. Claiming that it was during shift change, the check-in system could not be opened and had to wait approximately 1 hour. Very confused. In the room, the water heater was broken and the temperature could not be adjusted.

The purpose of stay is to visit the relatives in Khonkaen Center Hospital so this hotel location is very convenient. Surrounding the hotel, there are several good restaurants just a few minutes walk. Hotel staffs are friendly and the room is totally clean, quite new indeed. There is an instant coffee maker at the lobby served in the morning just in case you need to grab quick caffeine. The drawback is that only one keycard and one chair in each room, which is a little inconvenient for two people sharing the same room.

Spotlessly clean room, located close to several nice bars and restaurants. Water and basic amenities provided.

Comfortable bed, good value for money, friendly staffs. But so much noise from the room next door and there is no breakfast provided.

We were happy with Hop Inn’s standard for the room type, room layout, room cleanliness and security which are similar to 4-5 star hotels, but it’s affordable for those who just need a room only. There are 2 Hop Inn hotels in Khon Kaen, one located on Mittraphap road and another one located in the city center.

Located in the city area, convenient to travel, clean rooms, good service. Even if there are repairs, they will be notified in advance. Plenty of parking, but there are also a lot of cars parked 😂 Returning late at night, almost can't find a place to park. But the hotel is excellent. Most importantly, the bathroom is very clean. I like it.

Conveniently take the yellow songtaew to the bus station. Go to Central Department Store.
