These people are the lowest of the low...scum in my opinion...my wife had a 6 hour cancer operation to remove a tumor and my daughter was staying here and I extended the stay by 2 nights as the hospital said my wife wouldn't come home for a while but then changed their minds...so I cancelled....so I booked and cancelled within 15 minutes and these xxxxxxx wouldn't refund my money....well I've stayed there before because of its proximity to the hospital but will never use this hotel ever again.

Good Location, Good Parking

Comfortable accommodation, large bed, took the team to stay, everyone was happy, there is an elevator, the staff provided good service, near Khon Kaen Hospital, 7-Eleven and restaurants are not far away.

The room is not spacious, not very clean, the bathroom drains very slowly. The water overflows into the dry area. The receptionist is not very friendly. There isn't much breakfast. The elevator is narrow and stuck. The elevator door doesn't open. We need to help each other. Parking is limited, the alley is narrow, overall not impressive. I think I won't go back to stay again.

Clean rooms, spacious bedrooms, wide bathrooms, good value for money, good service, close to tourist attractions. Breakfast is good, suitable for the price.

The car seat is quite small.

Very good accommodation but breakfast has a limited selection and is not delicious. Just laugh. Parking is hard to find.

The room is clean, quiet, but the mattress is hard. When I sleep, my back hurts. If you renovate and change the mattress to a new one. I will be a regular customer here.
