Good location close to my work .
But very small room and small shower .
Thought should have plenty of space being in country side!

For the price stay elsewhere. Travelodges are no frills and not even cheap anymore. The lighting in the room is too bright and harsh. It is hard to regulate the temperature of the room and reception staff make you feel guilty for having a visitor

Stayed here the other week Karen who served us at reception was kind funny and very helpful when asking were was best to eat she was a stand out of our short stay there definitely a 5 out of 5 employee I don't ever normally write these reviews but just had to this time all the best and cya next time we stay over Andy Bevcraft

Nicola was absolutely amazing! Very warming personality. Lovely conversation about kids as a first time mum for myself. The rooms was very clean and well kept stock of tea and coffee. The kettle was very clean which was helpful for my newborn feeds. Thank you for a great stay and experience.

Another Good 2 nights stay, without any problems, except the neighbouring rooms guests who had to go out for a Fag at 4am, & unable to close the bedroom door quietly. Room was comfortable & well equipped except for no shelf in the shower. WiFi connection was good this time but still limited to 2 items. Cost a bit high @ £92 for the 2 nights including the £6 extra for the WiFi, especially when we keep getting bombarded with emails advertising much lower prices by Travelodge.

This Travelodge is in an ideal location to be used as a base for visiting many places in the surrounding areas (Not applicable to us as we were visiting family). The hotel is clean and comfortable with staff who are very friendly and helpful. There is a large car park shared by The Watermill which is in itself an excellent pub serving a wide variety of food and drink. The Travelodge doesn't serve food but the Watermill does serve breakfast albeit only at weekends. All in all, this is an excellent place to stay.

This place is so minimalist, no hairdryer, no Ironing board or iron. Minimal hanging space 6 hangers no draws. That’s the room, now the rest……. At night 2 men dressed in dark dirt cloths with 2 dogs in the hotel lobby, then the car park barking and shouting beyond midnight. The only good point is the pub opposite great food and staff. Never again will we stay at a travel lodge real poor show and staff just couldn’t care less. We had 2 double rooms for 4 nights.

stayed here for one night whilst our house sale was slightly delayed and could not face unpacking so late - very pleasant and comfy beds. clean and warm. Did what it said on the proverbial tin! breakfast was good and staff friendly we have just moved and didn't get keys till extremely late in day
