Great stay at this hotel. Very clean and comfortable and the included breakfast was very good. Reception is not staffed after about 5.30 but when our flight was delayed we rang ahead and there was some to greet us and give us our keys. Good position on the marina and a taxi ride into town is about 14 euros. The ferry into Kiel and up to Laboe is nearby.

Everything was fine except that the heating in the room is controlled centrally not by the customers. In some nights, we felt cold and there was nothing we could do about it.

Stayed in the hotel for an extended weekend. Location is just on the shoreline with a view of the marina across the road. The fjord of Kiel is before your eyes. First impression of the hotel is style and attention to detail. The interior is themed in naval elegance with the best furniture and trimmings. The room is furnished with an excellent and wide bed and a spacious bathroom. Breakfast is delicious and the attentive staff is ready to cater for your needs - we like our morning eggs in certain ways 😁. There simply is no finger to put on any aspect. Treet yourselves!

Zimmer, Lage und Personal Top. Das Frühstück war leider unter unseren Erwartungen und wesentlich schlechter als beim vorherigen Besuch. Der Käse war am Rand angetrocknet. Die Wurst war scheinbar auch schon älter. Omelett war bereits länger auf der Herdplatte und nicht frisch, wie die anderen Eierspeisen incl. Speck und Wurst. Für einige „Speisen „ soll lt. Karte ein Aufpreis gezahlt werden. Brötchen waren trocken und pappig. Leider kein Barbetrieb mehr vorhanden.

Es hat uns in den Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes an nichts gefehlt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend gewesen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hat Stil und Charme.
Trotz einiger Veranstaltungen war es sehr ruhig.
Die Standard Zimmer sind nicht die geräumigste, aber es war ausreichend Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
