You can't imagine a worse hotel. The hotel staff is rude. At first, prices are announced one way, but they are calculated according to another, especially if you book on a site with a card link, where payment is made at the hotel. They take money for everything, they asked to print tickets - pay, they take a tourist tax from all categories, it doesn’t matter that you are 16 years old, there is a migrant’s certificate, the staff is spit on this. The manager or director is an extremely unpleasant woman, she reacts to comments with the words: “So you are not our client.” The rooms are not cleaned well. I don't recommend this hotel, it's a scam.
