I recently stayed for two nights at the Radisson Blu and had a fantastic experience. The room was spotless, and I was greeted with thoughtful welcome treats. The gym facilities were top-notch, and the staff were extremely warm and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location offers plenty of activities and attractions nearby, and the area really comes alive at night, making it great for a leisurely walk. With numerous restaurants in the vicinity, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Our room was equipped with an outdoor balcony. Although the friend's room did not have a balcony with a living room, it was much more comfortable than the ordinary standard room. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic and helped us make an appointment for the driver to the national park. When we went, the service of booking the pick-up by email was also very good. The breakfast buffet was very rich, I ordered roast pork chops for dinner, which was quite delicious and the tip was included in the meal. The fly in the ointment is that the driver asked us for 60 knives after the return reservation from the hotel to the airport, and the front desk told us before that it would cost 35 knives.

The Hotel was easy to find, located in a very safe area. A walking distance from the Kigali Carfree Zone this adds to the attraction of the place. The service we received from Teddy, Donna and Melissa was a credit to the establishment. The food was also amazing, from the mouth watering chicken, the tasty burger to the delicious pizza.

The hotel service is very friendly. The view from the restaurant is also great. The room has a small balcony. The scenery is stunning. The environment of the hotel is very good. But the environment around the neighborhood is not particularly good. The service includes free pick-up and drop-off from the airport, which is very convenient and the service is very considerate.

I loved this hotel! I arrived early in the morning and was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was really clean, super spacious and comfortable. I unfortunately had a delay in pickup and was at the hotel for several extra hours and the concierge allowed me to stay in my room until the evening, which was really kind. The food in the executive lounge was great. Every staff member I encountered was pleasant and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

PPamela StanfordI love staying at M Safari Club. My room was exactly as seen in the picture and quite spacious. It’s very clean and nice. The guesthouse is in a central location, very walkable to Kimironko market, supermarkets and restaurants. There is a restaurant on site that you can enjoy great meals without leaving the property. The staff and owner is very friendly so I extended my stay. I would recommend this place to anyone who want a budget, pleasant and comfortable place in Kigali.

GGuest UserMadras is an excellent 4-story apartment hotel located in a good neighborhood and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment for 6 days. The rooms are spacious and clean. Each room has an insuite bathroom. The living room is a good size and well appointed. The kitchen is reasonably equipped for those who like to cook. An excellent complimentary breakfast is provided at the hotel restaurant or can be delivered to the room. The restaurant is open all day and serves lunch and dinner. The food is very good in quality and variety, but room service orders take a long time to be delivered. The hotel personnel are extremely nice and responsive to guests' needs.

GGuest UserIt was easy to book online, they communicated swiftly on my email inquiry, friendly and professional team and the location is great. I quite enjoyed my stay at the hotel. I got the third floor room with lovely view with a balcony. My room was pristine set up with convenient supplies including toiletry supplies, soft slippers, complimentary water and tea/coffee supplies. It was a comfortable sleep with surprisingly quiet nights considering we were smack in the heart of Kigali CBD. Breakfast had a range of options which was nice and I was so pleased the chef indulged my request for plain porridge one evening at the restaurant when I was under the weather. Love the bar/restaurant that has good vibes for sundowner and dinner. My one disappointment was the lack of an elevator so that its more accessible to more folks. But overall it is a lovely boutique hotel. All in all my stay was superb and look forward to staying there in my next visit. I highly recommend the hotel.
