The best customer service. The hotel is clean. Near the airport, they pick and drop you from and to airport. The food is amazing. This is the place ti stay when you are in Kigali.

Staff just needs to do better with telling us to turn on the refrigerator behind it or turning on the hot water outside the room as we had none. The toilet has a huge leak and they just said “ laundry was closed” so no extra towels.
