Hotel des Mille Collines

The location is excellent but the stay is not very comfortable because the hotel is old, the door is crooked, the soundproofing of the room is particularly poor, the quilt and pillow are of poor quality, just like in a hotel, I couldn't fall asleep and was woken up in the morning. The hotel front desk took half an hour to find my reservation. The water in the shower is extremely small! It's useless to report it to the waiter. It's really a loss to stay in such a hotel for 1300 a night! The booking and payment at the store is 151 US dollars, which is more than 200 cheaper than the booking through Ctrip! The beer at the pool bar is very expensive! The breakfast is not bad, but the bread machine is very old and can't bake bread well.

Nice environment and facilities

The hotel is quite old, and the equipment is a bit old, but the overall hygiene is good, the environment is also very good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. The food in the restaurant is just so-so.

This hotel was the setting for Hotel Rwanda, a place I always wanted to stay at. It was a very clean and comfortable hotel. I'd love to stay here again.
