Once again I got the chance to return back to Nobleza hotel for a great lunch. Excellent poolside service in a very nice atmosphere. The staff were very attentive and the food excellent, although it did take a log time to get the pizza. Make sure to check out the hotel, you will be impressed and if you want a nice clean pool to swim in this is the place.

A very nice hidden secret. Hidden atop one of the highest locations with the cleanest air is a beautiful and very biodiverse hotel setting. Very nice staff and service and a pool that is hard to match with water that is the bluest ever. Crystal clear and very refreshing. Keep up the excellent work.

The welcome is very friendly. This is our 3rd stay at Nobleza, the staff is very pleasant, helpful, dedicated. The spacious rooms (we have always been on the ground floor on the pool side) Rather quiet. Anti-mosquito socket, toiletries, towels changed every day, impeccable cleaning. Very generous buffet breakfasts, the other meals are good, varied menu, but... extremely long service! Sometimes up to 1 hour wait! Lots of people on weekends (swimming pool!!) Recommended because the staff is really nice and accommodating.

Exceptional friendly and welcoming staff Good buffet breakfast and good value food Negative points: Many waiters and few people in the kitchen we wait between 30 and 50 minutes for a dish Pool side rooms are good but on weekends it is often noisy parties and music We move beds or furniture or install equipment at 6:30 in the morning it's a bit early Omnipresent security who should intervene when the pool becomes too noisy

The Nobleza hotel is located approximately 15-20 minutes from both Kigali airport and the city center (traffic conditions unfortunately vary a lot throughout the day). Right from the start you have a good feeling: the staff is kind, affable, thoughtful, ready to help the customer to try to satisfy their needs. Both English and French are spoken at reception. The hotel structure is large and composite: there is a main body, in which there are rooms for accommodation, a detached structure dedicated to catering. Between one part and the other there is a beautiful and large outdoor swimming pool, served by the outdoor bar. There is also a reception room in another overlooking building, ideal for meetings, ceremonies and weddings. Worth noting is the presence of a large children's area in the hotel garden, equipped with many games. The restaurant has a wide range of dishes and offers a wide choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner: everything we tried was excellent. At the entrance of the hotel, during the day, there are always local artisans and artists displaying their works. Ultimately, the stay was of a high standard: it is an excellent compromise for being in the capital and avoiding traffic. I hope to be able to return.

Very nice stay. The swimming pool is beautiful and very clean. I loved the family room on the 3rd floor, perfect for families with 2 large bedrooms and a shared entrance. The hotel offers a good restaurant with tables near the swimming pool. Good shows are presented on weekends which made the visit even more pleasant. Pros: the swimming pool and the excellent breakfast Cons: showers and traffic noise in some rooms
