The place was beautiful and clean with great views of uptown hilly Kigali. The staff was the greatest i have ever met in my travels. Felt like I was among my cousins. Great hospitality

Enjoyed the breakfast, sanitary is on point, great view from the balcony, the hotel location is convenient for accessing important public offices and shopping malls and town center. The hotel is not very far away from the airport.

Great location. Amazing friendly service. Spacious rooms. Close to the conference center, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast consisted of fresh fruits, eggs, choice of cereals, and coffee. We would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay here on our next visit to Kigali.

Peaceful and cozy hotel right in the center. Staff very friendly and helpful. Perfect for few nights in town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Prohibited Apartments is always amazing, my second time staying here in Kigali. Would definitely recommend and come back for my next visit in Rwanda you feel like a home away from home, staff is always ready to assist with any queries.

They took my booking and confirmed it. Three days later on the day of the checkin, they cancelled the booking. Be careful. Not a very reliable place. It caused me great distress in a new city because they cannot manage their inventory properly. Unprofessional.

Largw apartments suited for extended stays I booked 2 apartments for one night before flying on from Rwanda. When we turned up they had no ecord of our booking or of our payment. When i showed the receipt they allowed us to stay. There is no restaurant or bar onsite, but we did get food from their partner restaurant 3 blocks away and it was delicious homemade pasta. We had it in our apartments. The apartments are very spacious and more suited to business clientele or peolle staying for several days or weeks. They have a kitchen, large sitting area and a bedroom

The property is strategically located in the heart of the city and accessible. It is quiet, clean and safe. The only drawback is that there is no elevator, access to the higher floors is quite a challenge.

Quiet, safe, well kept, easy access to most places, cleaning team are superb and Rohi offers free laundry and ironing services. Functional rooms but very dated decor and furnishings. Will return if I need to stay in the area.
