This is an old quality hotel that sells itself as a 4 star hotel on Agoda while its actually a 3 star hotel. Especially the bathrooms are in a terrible old and broken stage. Unfortunately I had two bookings in this hotel, at the beginning and end of my trip. After the first stay my free cancellation window had passed by 4 days and I requested my future booking to be csncelled free of charge. While front desk confirmed the hotel is indeed 3 star, they did not help at all. Management was unavailable and later refused my request.

This hotel restaurant is so unique and the food is delicious. It is a must visit when in Kigali. The service was excellent and the food was unique with a vast dinner menu. The view from the restaurant takes your breath away.

The Hut is in a great location near the convention center. We had transport, so not sure if bus service is available. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. The restaurant is FANTASTIC, and highly recommended for dinner. Breakfast has the basics but nothing too major. The air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. We had transport to/from the airport, a bit pricey, and note how many you will have because they squeezed 3 of us into a Prius.

Very clean, nice location, good gym. Excellent food, very helpful and kind staff. It’s only 15 minutes from the airport and right below the Convention Center. They also have a spa, pool, and bar. The conference room facilities are top notch, and easy to use.

Its great. Its got Good rooms, conveniently located, close to convention center and other buildings like Kigali Heights. The service was great, the staff help so much! It also has great dinning, 10/10 experience, and its great for meeting with family and friends. If you're looking for a great Hotel I'd definitely recommend The Hut.

A great spot in a beautiful neighborhood. There was excellent customer service, and even better food. Lots of fun activities to do as well. I particularly enjoyed the pool. I will definitely come back and stay here when I eventually come back to Kigali. 10/10 experience.

Hands down the best Hotel in Kigali. The staff are very kind and welcoming, the rooftop restaurant has a lovely view of the city, and the burgers are exquisite. The rooms are tidy and very cozy. I will definitely come back. Huge thanks to Shadrack and the team.

Manager (bald head) was rude. He kept rudely insisting for my friend and I to remove our bags from the extra seat so they can take the seat and place it on another table. The waiter tried finding a solution for us for our bags but the manager rudely shouted at him and told him to take the seat and go. We left the restaurant afterwards. I like this restaurant but this behaviour is unacceptable. Treat your customers and employees with kindness.
