I’m so happy for selecting KIHAA hotel , it’s a paradise in the earth, A real pleasure for the eyes ; Quiet island for the soul , mind and the physical. I would like to thank the friendly and very human Manager Mr SAID and his team Also my thanks for all the Kihaa staff: Noha ,Soussila,Sokma.Sono,Dia, Depak, Osman(clean rooms )Shomol , Chojaa(reception)and Hamid, Osman (delicious varied meals) my sincere greetings to Kazi Basir( high quality services and kindness) Also fun activities ( dinving , karaoke , sport, gym , etc ) available on-site are some aspects you could highlight. Formidable turquoise sea with golden sand that inspire me . And was my nice surprise when they organized a honey moon dinner last night, we just adore me and my husband .so absolutely Kihaa is the best place to renew your energy!

We had a great two weeks of experience in Maldives. Beautiful island with wonderful warm people. Staff is very nice and welcoming, especially Mr Saeed - General Manager of the Kihaa. He helped us a lot and made our stay unforgettable! Room (we chose vila with beach access) was clean and neat, beach is clean, reefers are wonderful with a beautiful fish and marine life. Hotel has Ocean Diving Center offers a lot of different experiences, the main one must visit is manta, totally miracle! We have seen all comments, but we totally disagree with negative once, in reality Kihaa was the best choice Generally we highly recommend this hotel for couples and families stays, we sure you will enjoy and definitely come back to once again feel happiness and joy!

I stayed at this hotel a few months ago and had a wonderful experience, especially thanks to one of the employees, who I became quite friendly with during my stay (Nerella Shiva Kumar). We’ve kept in touch since then, and he recently finished his three-month season working at this hotel. Unfortunately, it’s been four months since his contract ended, and he still hasn’t received his salary. Even more concerning is that it seems like the hotel has no intention of paying him what he’s owed. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and it reflects very poorly on the hotel’s management. I strongly urge potential guests to reconsider supporting a business that treats its staff this way.

Everything was good. The stuff was nice and was ready to fulfill our requests in shortest time. The resort also provide the vast majority of activities. Special attention is paid to the rooms cleanliness. I’d recommend this island for family vacations.

I recently stayed at Kihaa Maldives Hotel at Kihaadhuffaru, and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone. Our holiday took a turn for the worse when we discovered that $200 was stolen from us during our stay. After reaching out to the staff and management, we were shocked by their lack of concern; no one addressed the situation, and our follow-up emails went unanswered. The overall treatment we received from the staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. Given the theft and the absence of any support from the hotel, I felt completely let down. I genuinely cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a respectful and caring environment during their holiday. Save your money and stay somewhere where guests are valued and supported.

Disgusting! Dirty! No food! No management! Rats! If you are looking for a relaxing trip to the Maldives you will not find it here. The island it's self is beautiful however all the water villas are not in use, pool was green and out of use, food is non existent, bed bugs found in rooms, rats seen running around the island, the managers do not care and run away when you ask to speak to them. EVERYTHING IS 'CHARGABLE' EVEN IF YOU HAVE PAID ALL INCLUSIVE!!! Do not waste your money on this island choose another island! STAY AWAY

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!! This is the worst place I have ever been to. Firstly no one to meet us at the airport, had to wait 2 hours as they forgot about the six of us !! Arrived to no food in the restaurant and it was filthy. They then gave us a sheet of paper with 3 items to choose from which we could not eat, disgusting. Asked to speak to the manager, not available, surprise, surprise !! Had no hot water in 2 of the rooms and hardly any water came from the tap and when it did it was orange, complained, no manager available!! No snacks available or they were chargeable, as it was low season they basically shut down. Swimming pool closed most of the time as no one to clean it, filthy. No staff. Water villas all derelict. We were then moved to a different room with cockroaches and bed bugs, so bad our holiday company moved us. No management on this island, it should not be open. Please ,please do not go there.

We booked to stay here for 3 nights with a view to doing some diving in the area around Hanifaru Bay before heading to a different resort. While the resort, like all islands in the country, has the potential to be amazing, it has been left to fall from grace somewhat. To start with, we got to the airport and had nobody there to meet us. After about an hour, the rep appeared and helped us check in to the sea plane flight (you can't check in without a resort rep) but this wasn't a good first impression. We asked to see the wine list with dinner on our first night and were told they had red, white and sparkling wine. Dinner was ok and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit tired but comfortable and clean. The bathroom is outdoors which is quirky but the mosquitoes were pretty annoying so you spent as little time there as you could and the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The main area of the resort has a restaurant, bar and pool which was quite nice. There was another bar and pool area that had a lot of potential but for some reason had been largely left to rot. We did a bit of snorkelling around the island's reef but compared to other resorts, the amount of the island you could safely snorkel was incredibly limited. Our plan was always to go to another resort after this one and we're glad we did as it was much, much better. Overall I wouldn't recommend Kihaa resort. The staff were lovely and helpful but I wonder if there is no management providing any direction or if the management simply doesn't care.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! This island should be shut down immediately! Food well there is no food but what is there have us food poisoning! Not even rateable! There is no managemnet, well when we asked the manager ran away from us and hid in his office as everyone on the island was complaining and left his poor scared staff to deal with the appealing outcomes that was out for their control! We had bed bugs, mouldy food, unlclean rooms and don’t even ask for drink choice! Every single thing on this island is chargeable even if your all inclusive even the snorkels and even a plate of chips that were cooked in fish oil! Pool was green even after asking several times resulting in many guests having ear infections and being seriously ill Do not go to this island! I would avoid at all costs! I suggest new management and serious cleaning infestation! This will be reported in uk newspapers and they wouldn’t even let us leave the island and if we hadn’t stopped a boat we would not have got off! Avoid at all costs even if for free!
