Everything was fine. It's just no bellboy ready to assist us without begs. No welcome drinks. The hotel staff were friendly. From the front desk, housekeeping and bar by the beach (I forgot the name). Unfortunately, there were 2 bad experiences we’ve encountered.
The BBQ dinner at the bar was served warm and the food got cold instantly. The spread menu was limited and the quality was almost the same as a BBQ party that you throw at home. The highlight was the scenery. The music they played should set the mood for the customers. But too bad they played songs that most of the customers cannot relate to.
During my breakfast at the Kampung Kitchen? (I forgot the name also), I was the first who got there and unfortunately, the chef at the egg station wasn’t available due to the need to perform solat. Look, I get it. But at least put a replacement. I was there for 20 minutes and the chef was still a no-show.
The establishment has a huge potential because the activities provided will make the guests just stay there without going out so much.
They gave RM100 f&b credit which for me was an A plus. Am I gonna coming back? Yes of course. I just hoping that they will refurbish the rooms and fix wherever the flaws to be an excellent resort.
