Including: linens and towels, gas grill, 2 beach cruiser bikes, outdoor shower, corn hole boards and bags, hot tub (raised on deck), covered and uncovered deck areas, deck furniture/chairs/tables, 6 beach chairs, Washer/Dryer, Books and Games, Dog Treats, Doggie Poop bags Property is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every stay. All linens and towels are cleaned and provided for renters. Beds are made and ready for your arrival. Stocked with all kitchen/bathroom essentials and paper products including: - 12-cup Coffee Maker - Single-cup Keurig - Pots/Pans - Baking sheets - Utensils - Microwave - Toaster - Refrigerator/Freezer - Air Fryer - Food Storage Containers - Plates, Bowls, Cups (including child friendly options) HVAC Heating and Cooling system for entire home. The house was clean, living areas especially the porch were beautiful. They were able to accommodate our early check in request and were very responsive throughout the week to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying at this home!

OBX Fun This is our second tine staying at this house, love it! Great place, short walk to the beach, and close to attractions and local stores. House is great with lots of ammenties. Love that dogs are allowed, they enjoyed the stay and the beach too .

Great value Family of 5 stayed 4 nights and loved it. The beach equipment like umbrellas and chairs were a huge plus. Atlantic Ocean water was cold so everyone loved coming back to a hot tub. Dan was very responsive in fixing minor issues or questions I had
