Traveling with my brother and our partners, room was fantastic in a perfect location

good location, but really disappointed that for a four star hotel DID NOT provide any essential hotel amenities in hotel rooms , none of personal care (toothpaste, toothbrush, combs, shaving cream, razor, shower cap, Bathrobes and slippers etc… )

I booked a double bed for RMB 1,888. When I arrived at the hotel, the front desk said I could upgrade by paying an extra 20 euros. The upgraded room is not big, it just has an extra small bed. The toilet and shower head are very backward and are at the level of the 80s in China. The most unacceptable thing is that the bedding is very dirty. When I opened the quilt, I saw hair and stains on the bed sheet. They have not been changed at all. The big bed and the small bed are dirty. , really disgusting.

Hotel location is very convenient is a bit small
