Very comfortable bed, clean and tidy. Great cooking facilities. 2 bathrooms. Staff very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Location was great but our room needed maintenance. TV didn’t work, shower doors were broken, bathroom faucet and sink stopper were not working properly. There was also a very loud water heater in the closet of one of the bedrooms.

Loved staying here and would return. The staff, location and accommodations cannot be beat. The penthouse upgrade by the staff was greatly appreciated. We loved being able to look out over the city.

This was a beautifully laid out apartment and was in the best location for shopping, food options and the National park. The only thing about the place to know is the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are very steep.

It was a huge two bedroom with two full washrooms. Fully equipped kitchen as well. The beds were super comfy and Killarney was such a nice town to walk around in. The ladies at reception were super lovely and helped us get medical attention on a Sunday when I came down with COVID.
The only unfortunate part was we were there during the heat wave with no air conditioning s my wonderful husband went out and bought us a fan.
We are looking forward to returning and would stay here again.

It was an excellent spot to walk everywhere. The staff was excellent and accommodated us in every aspect. Clean, great for laundry half way in our trip.

The rooms were clean. Apartment extremely spacious. However the bed was extremely uncomfortable (mattress was collapsed), shower stall was blocked, hot water boiler was spoilt (although reloaded quickly) and the dryer wasn't working. Staff are only available from 9 am to 6 pm which makes them inaccessible. Excellent location but spoilt by these details.
