Reviews of Travel Inn Kingman Route 66

This is an old hotel but there is no excuse for the condition of the rooms. At $50/nite, expectations are not high but the dilapidated room was terrible. The bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet and when I pulled back the cover the pad underneath was exposed showing what looked like blood stains. Flooring was poorly laid with gaps and uneven surface. Freezer compartment was frozen over, caulking around toilet was 2”wide and dirty. I’d never stay at this property again.

Extra security door locks broken. Refrigerator broken. Coffee pot but no coffee. Ironing board but no iron. No washcloth, no hand towel. No ice bucket. Room AC broken.

IF THERE IS NEGATIVE ZERO TO RATE THIS INN, I WOULD DEFINITELY LOVE TO DO IT. I booked my stay today November 1 for just a night. When I reached to the hotel with my family the lady in front gave us the room 214 second floor. Upon opening the room I saw the bed covers stained, I tried to go washroom the door is DEFINITELY NOT WORKING and the WASHROOM IS TERRIBLY GROSS! No towels ready also! I asked the lady in front if she can give me a different room at least, she offered if she can call a guy who can fix the door, I refused because I need a comfortable place to stay. She told me they don’t have any available room. I told her if they can refund my money and I will look for another place to stay with my family. They rejected my request!!! What kind of management is this? IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE YOUR GUESTS FEEL COMFORTABLE DURING THEIR STAY. People are tired and they just want a proper place to stay not something to deal with at the end of the trips. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY OF MY FAMILIES and FRIENDS WHO WILL TRAVEL AROUND THE AREA IN THE FUTURE. DEFINITELY NOT AND NEVER!!!!

Good to stay for work good price

Found 2 roaches in the room, lady at the front desk tried to say that I was the one that brought them in, and wouldn’t issue a refund, she came to the room and seen it and just picked it up and walked out the room

Room was very clean. Easy check in and check out on line. Big spacious room. Limited parking. Overall very satisfied especially with the price for last minute booking.

I would say it was nice and comfortable stay at Travelodge in Kingman. Checking was fast and very smooth. The Staff was excellent and gave us recommendations for the restaurant in town. My room was spacious and comfortable. Bed was very soft.

Stay was very very comfortable. I stayed there when I had my truck broke down and was stuck in kingman. They gave me very good rate and accomodate me very well . Checking staff was very welcoming and charming. My room was very cozy and modern. Great

Our stay at Travelodge in Kingman was excellent clean comfortable and perfect. The property is under new management and they are doing better. Room was clean, towels were clean, parking was clean and big. Staff was friendly and professional.

Clean comfortable and perfect for those who want to go to las vegas or grand canyon. Our room was very clean and big the parking lot is also very big. The location is very close to all the restaurants and grocery stores and gas station. I would come back again

We stayed at the travelodge again and everytime we find it perfect for me and my family. The room was very clean and Comfortable. Location was perfect. Parking was big enough for people like us who have 2 cars and truck. Wifi was fast. I would recommend this.

It was Clean relaxing and Comfortable stay. The parking was very big and they have parking for Truck so I parked my truck easily. It was very safe and secure. WIfi was very fast. Shower was very good and bathtub was clean. Staff was very welcoming and kind. Location was very close to resturant and grocery store.

I stayed at Travelodge in Kingman while I was going to Las Vegas with my family. The check in staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and professional. It's under New Management and they have updated and upgraded the rooms. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. I will definitely go again. Thank you Travelodge Kingman.
