Comfort Suites Mason Near Kings Island

The facility was exactly as we expected. However, the guests in the adjacent room woke us when they returned from a night of partying at 4:20 AM. Once they returned they continued the party in the room until 6:00AM. Comfort Inn should ban them for life. Bruce Murphy

Lets start with the day we arrived. The hotel was dirty the room was not cleaned and staff were rude I asked for pillows and a vlanket as there were none in the room i was greeted with visible frustration and tikd they didnt have extra so I had to buy a blanket for the couch. There was trash in the hall way. The pool was dirty. I watched the cook sneeze and cough on the breakfast and the elevator license was expired. This was such a horrible stay and experience I have Never stayed at one of your establishments and been treated so poorly. There was so much I took pictures please contact me

We had a horrible experience with this hotel. We booked our trip through ******* for a relative's wedding. Upon arrival the hotel claimed to never receive the funds from ******* and forced us to pay them directly at a higher rate than *******. Went back and forth with the staff and ******* support. Whole trip was ruined. ******* came through in the long run and refunded our original price. Hotel staff barely spoke english and hardly answered the phones when ******* would call to resolve the issue. Bathroom had mold on the floor by the tub. Hotel overall felt very dirty. Pool water looked like a pond. Will NEVER stay here again! Better off sleeping in your vehicle. To be clear this has NOTHING to do with ******* and EVERYTHING to do with this hotel! Horrible Experience!

This hotel was very very rundown. First off, the hallways are very eerie with major stains on the carpet and lots of flickering lights. The rooms are incredibly run down with lots of stains and scum, particularly in the bathroom. The floor in the bathroom was warped and the door wouldn’t even close, and the keycards almost never worked. The elevator broke down and the entire hotel smelt like a mix of potent food, body odor, mold, and cheap air fresheners. Don’t even think about going into the pool as it is green, and I was too scared to eat the breakfast. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and while the building sucks, the proximity to kings island is unbeatable. Just stay at the residents inn by Marriott in the same complex.

Descent place to stay near Kings Island. Would plan a stay again to come back. Had morning breakfast which was nice. Parking was good.

Tub faucet was coming off wall when you turned the shower on ac was set at 62 and room never got cooler than 76

The hotel is close enough to kings Island that it was exactly what we needed for the weekend,staff members were polite however parking was very limited. Rooms were kinda small we reserved queen sized beds were small

The motel was easy to find. Personnel could smile more. Second morning breakfast was not being attended to. People were there and breakfast items had run out. We had trouble with the lock on the door. It was not a bad two day visit. Just average. We would return.
