We were in Kingsport for my Aunts funeral. After the service about 20 members of my family came back to the hotel and visited together in the lobby. The staff were wonderful even when the smaller children got a little loud.

The front clerks were very friendly and social. The woman that fixed breakfast was so kind and caring about our children making sure that they ate breakfast before heading out for a wrestling tournament.

We booked this property specifically to entertain a bunch of kids with the pool during downtime. The photos of the pool are misleading. It’s basically a hot tub

It was quiet and the staff was friendly. Our room wasn’t very clean though. There was a ketchup packet in the corner on the room, the bathroom floor had dirt streaks in the floor and the shower had hair and spots that needed to be patched up, all on the floor of the shower. We asked for extra pillows (the ones we had were terrible) but they didn’t have any.

Check in was good. Staff was friendly. Our room was ready and clean.
Highlights:
- lovely shower, very hot water
- "pump" bottle shampoo, conditioner and body wash--saving on waster
- lots of fluffy pillows
- a "stay-on" fan option for ample white noise, the the location was very quiet
- lots of space and light for breakfast time
HOT BREAKFAST is a BIG ticket item for stays--when there is actual eggs, breakfast meats, etc. This was the case, we could choose from scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, bacon, sausage (in a biscuit), as well as a variety breads for toast and hot, pre-cooked waffles.
The coffee was hot and fresh.
The standard "juice" machine with apple and orange.
A very robust oatmeal bar as well as yogurt, milk, cereal and fresh fruit.
A bit pricier, but a very new and clean hotel. I would choose to stay here again based on this first experience.

Overall the facility was accommodating. Breakfast could have been better. Th e hot food options were not appetizing or hot. Rooms were very spacious but only one small dresser. I had to keep my clothes in my suitcase. The staff was very friendly.
