Ticked all boxes. Location is perfect for university. Rooms adequate for the evening stay.

Nice food and good service, room could do with a make over, but was clean.

Staff were helpful and lovely , food was good , service was excellent, rooms need to be upgraded , stains on the wall , carpet ripped, toilet was very lose , every time you used it you felted like the tank was going to fall , nasty stains in the toliet bowl , tv on the wall was very small , the picture next to it was bigger,bedding and towels were clean
