Good location, close to the river path which is good location for morning exercise. Food is delicious, I love the rib eye so much. However, toilet is a little bit bad feeling for me, the water will pops up when I flushed the toilet. Highly suggest they can add toilet cover which is much hygienble

Receptionist girl Lara was lovely and helped me out w my small questions quite well. Missed out the breakfast due to it finishing 10:30 ((thought it was 11 at check out latest), and yet they said it will be refunded through my deposit. Couldn’t ask the guys name, much regards to him as well.
Rooms big, has even iron. Shower is warm and clean, shampoo etc are on point. Just reduced 1 mini point from the location because of Kingston being outta town kinda, but then again, it’s literally 3 min walk (maybe less) to station, so you are off good.

A little disappointed scruffy room unfriendly arrival - not enough tea facilities had to ask for some more tea bags etc no complimentary cookies or water. Conditioner bottle empty.
However we got a good rate, thanks to Trip, we got charged £10 for the dog although Trip said it would be free.
The staff on departure were very friendly.

location was convenient. Room was a little dusty and the original hairdryer was mouldy- but staff changed one almost immediately after the feedback.
