The location and sanitation are very good, that is, the furniture is a bit less, and there is no place to put things. In addition, the hotel displayed an address on the webpage. At the front desk, it was said that it was not their order. It was an order for another address. It was about 100 meters across a street, pushing four suitcases.... Imagine how painful it is. Later, I stayed for two nights, and the same path was booked. This time it was right. I needed to push the big bag to the first hotel. After the negotiation, I didn’t change the hotel. I want to say, please Ctrip and the agent confirm the address, do not let the user get the false information, thank you

Good choice for young travellers. Low price but well equipped. Down side is just 25 mins free wifi each day.

Family stay whilst attending a party in the nearby area. Its a gorgeous and amazing place to be. I was very impressed and surprised with how the hotel dealt with some of the things I came across. Such professionalism from all the staff including bar workers

Although I reviewed this hotel back in June, I thought I would give an update on our last, and definitely final, visit to this hotel. In July we stayed at the Sheraton for one night and parked our car at the hotel for 3 weeks. After midnight, when we had gone to bed, we heard a high powered car being revved and raced around the car park. Yes, someone was using the car park as a race track, using the cars parked there as the edges of the track! Someone else was taking pictures on their mobile phone. We contacted reception, who sent out a security guard and another member of staff. They, however, obviously knew the people racing the car and had a good laugh and joke with them before returning to the hotel, leaving the racers still revving their car and taking photos. I took photos too (attached). My wife was incensed by this total lack of interest from the hotel, and stormed down to reception. One of the people who had gone out to the car was there, plus the duty manager looking rather sheepish. They apologised with a grin on their faces and seemed to think that it was totally acceptable to them that this was going on as the people racing the car were members of staff!!! An incredible attitude. And it was obvious from their reaction that this was not a first time occurrence. Realising that we weren't going to get anywhere with the totally useless members of staff, and as by now the racers had left, we decided to raise the problems with a senior member of staff the following day. A couple of the managers we spoke to on the following day were disgusted at what had happened the previous night. Unfortunately they had already handed in their resignation as they weren't happy with the way the hotel is being run. So decide if you're happy to leave your car at a hotel that condones its staff using the car park as a race track and what damage they could do to your car. Remember, any damage to your car is not the responsibility of the hotel, even if it's their own staff who have caused the damage! Please read the other reviews regarding cars being damaged at this Hotel. I posted a review on the Marriott website and received a very defensive response from the front desk duty manager. She apologised for the fact that staff were racing cars in the car park but didn't seem to really take it seriously. This experience, combined with the non-working air conditioning in the bedrooms, the tvs in the bedrooms that often don't work, the gaffer-taped tatty old carpeting in the hallways, the scruffy pool area that is hardly ever swept clean, the downgraded quality of the Club Lounge and the withdrawal of the Club concierge service seems to be indicative of a company seeking to justify changing the branding of this hotel to one of Marriotts budget brands. However, they're still charging 4 star prices for a hotel that now struggles to give one star service. Shame on you Marriott for ruining a formerly very good quality hotel. Check in and check out was easy and friendly, even got a welcome drink on arrival, which is a good gesture. Good service by staff.We did not have any hotel meals. Room was comfortable and clean. Good water pressure and hot water in the shower. Had a slight problem with the parking payment (due a new system of clocking in on arrival to which I was not accustomed to), however this was sorted out by the reception staff. As always, love the reception/ lounge area, with all the different sitting areas where one can eat, drink, relax or meet up.Very relaxed and welcoming.

Totally recommended 100% This was our third visit to Warwick Lodge. Once again great stay. Great location, very clean, friendly reception. Easy going and accommodating. Free parking literally on the door step. Quite rooms. All you could wish for for at the cost.. great value for money. Will definitely return 👍👍👍

I have been staying here for over 3 weeks with work and I couldn't be happier with the staff, they are helpful, Friendly and attentive. Fiona and Sammy deserve recognition from a truly amazing team. The rooms are are spacious and equipped with all you need, any further requests will be happily addressed by the staff.

Stayed many times in this Hotel around 4 years ago due to high standards of staff and service. Unfortunately although the staff are still very professional and also friendly, the room standards have certainly dropped. You now have an empty space where the fridge used to be, sticks are provided instead of tea spoons for tea/coffee. Tissues run out after three uses, cupboard doors not aligned correctly so had to force shut. Under bed found sweet, dust and paper. Had to clean mirror, as it obviously had been wiped over with a dirty cloth and left to dry. Prices substantially increased since pandemic I believe. Not what it was, hopefully just a blip and situation will improve as all other facilities including restaurant and location are excellent.

On arrival there was a new girl on Reception (black girl) and she told me that the room I had reserved was room only and I knew I had booked a b&b rate. Although she was very pleasant she said she was new and needed to check with a more experienced receptionist. A white lady came into the reception area and was telling me that the new girl didn't know how to check was was included in the room rate and started showing her - how to check for this while I was there. This white lady (had a foreign accent) was quite abrupt to me and I thought to myself, maybe if you trained the new girl better, she would be able to check these details. The new girl was apologizing, I said to her its not your fault, you need to get trained better in your role. She was a beautiful young girl and very friendly and tried to help as much as she could. The kettle in my room was not working but was replaced quite quickly. I went to get some milk from the trolley and the Housekeeper (Spanish) screamed at me - your are not allowed to touch the trollies and if you need anything, please contact Reception, I said shall I leave it back then and she said - No its OK!. Had to advice Reception if one, needed their room cleaned. Breakfast was nice except the mushrooms they were too hard and difficult to eat. Staff tend to move trollies and talk to each other when guests are around and they use the guest lift as a service lift. They got in the way at times when I was trying to get out of the hotel, they apologized for getting in my way. Majority of staff were friendly, rooms need updating. On my last day, I was getting some tea at breakfast time in the dining area and when I returned a staff member (Small Indian lady) was clearing away my food and I had only went to get a cup of tea and had not finished my breakfast, I told her I was still having my breakfast. I was annoyed as my room card was still on the table but she never noticed this and was clearing it away. They spray and clean empty tables very close to you as you eat your breakfast which is frustrating as the smell of the cleaning liquid is quite strong, It was my first time staying at this hotel, however in the past I have had coffee/tea there but never stayed before. I would rate is as a 3 star Hotel and not a 4 star Hotel.

I booked the hotel through secret escapes as a surprise for my wife’s birthday,on arrival she commented how lovely the hotel was,we was early so we went into town,when we got back, we were given the keys to one of the cottage rooms ,we were very disappointed to have paid so much for our stay and to have been put in an accessible room (disabled) when there were clearly other rooms available. We were tired after our drive and walk out so we got showered and went for a drink in the bar,my wife asked for a cocktail and the bartender said he hadn’t had the training yet but made one for her anyway,he then left the bar and another young bartender came over and was talking to us about the hotel etc and a senior gentleman came over and said to him,come with me I want you to do something else,this was as I was about to order my drink and half way through conversation with him,so we got up and went in for dinner,we ordered a bottle of Sauvignon for around £32, the waiter put it in the ice bucket with lid on and walked away,surely I should of been asked to taste the wine,we then had to pour our own drinks for the rest of dinner,the wine itself was very poor and not worth the money paid,I’m not normally one to moan but I think £262 for a night in an accessible room for my wife’s birthday wasn’t good enough,the staff at the reception were excellent but waiters at dinner need to brush up on there service skills ,even at breakfast,we were asked if we wanted tea or coffee and had to remind the young lady 3 times as she kept forgetting
