Great location with fantastic view of the Golden lake. And can take a leisure walk in the lake area. The staffs are very helpful especially with the washing facilities. The food is delicious and nice and beautiful view. And there is a big shopping mall connected to the hotel.

The room is spacious, bright and very comfortable. Our room is facing the lake, at night, we can watch the lighting show from our room. Very nice. Next to the hotel is the Shenghengchang Duty Free Center, which is very convenient. The staffs at the front desk are polite and helpful. We made double booking for the transport to the habour on our departure day. Once we realised it, we informed the front desk staff who immediately help us to cancel the second booking. More importantly was she did it cheerfully.

It is worthy of being a five-star hotel. The lake view room is super comfortable, the counter service is friendly, the bed is just the right softness and hardness, and there are two pillows on the bed, with different softness and thickness. I think this setting is really considerate.
The only thing that was a bit difficult was that the toilet was a bit high XD. I had short legs and was hanging in the air. This was my personal problem, not the hotel's fault. I will stay here again when I come to Kinmen next time. I am very satisfied with this hotel and it was a great experience.
