We were very satisfied with the private open-air bath and pool. Breakfast was also good. However, the listing on Trip.com makes it seem like there's a semi-private open-air bath in the room, but in reality, you have to leave your room on the 4th floor and go down the stairs to reach the private open-air bath. There is no elevator in the building, so we recommend a higher-floor room on the first floor for those with mobility issues.

We're from Russia and have tattoos, and while not all places allow them, this hotel accommodates them. The service and courtesy are top-notch. The design and beauty are incredible. We booked a private bath in our room and absolutely loved it.
