Room wasn’t ready for check in when we arrived around 5:30. We had to wait for at least thirty minutes. There were several other people waiting for their rooms as well.

Check in says 3pm- we arrived at almost 5 and rooms were not ready. The staff was all fantastic though

I did not use they gym or laundry. Our room was passable, but there were hairs on the bathroom floor, and the refrigerator had something spilled in it.

I would say you get what you pay for but this was too expensive fot the condition of the rooms. Immediate red flag, when checking in two people came down to complain about how there rooms were not cleaned as they asked. I should have left but continuted to check in. When one of the cleanling people came to the front desk, the person checking me in asked why the rooms weren't clean and the cleaning person said "we were short staffed and they didn't get to it" I honestly think they should burn this place down and start over.

This property is pretty dated. We stayed for 2 nights while visiting for a University tour. The closet doors were off their tracks, the drawers wouldn’t pull out, the counter top and room seemed clean but looked dingy and old. The room also smelled pretty musty until we turned the window mounted ventilation on high to circulate the air in the room. The lighting didn’t help it look better. The bed however was comfortable. The front desk person wasn’t very talkative but check in was quick. Breakfast was pretty standard for this level of hotel.
