The amenities were great, the staff was friendly, and the kitchen was clean, making for a very comfortable stay! The snow was beautiful, and having two exits was convenient and a big plus.

Breakfast was delicious.

Very far from the station. Although there is a shuttle bus, you still need to drag your luggages for 10 mins to the nearest station at OK-Parken which involves going uphill at some part of the road. The breakfast was amazing though.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming, check-in was smooth, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and inviting. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-kept, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The amenities were also impressive. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the location of the hotel made it convenient to explore the area. Everything felt well-organized and thoughtfully maintained. The only downside was that the heater took a long time to warm up the room. It eventually reached a comfortable temperature, but it required some patience, especially during colder nights. Overall, it was a great experience with just a small issue, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

The receptionist has very good manner , one of the staff is so kind to carry my big luggage upstairs & the provided free breakfast is very good, there are lots of choices.

The check-in was easy via friendly reception counter. Many choices for the buffet breakfast. It was delicious. Can borrow the sled from the reception and had fun along the slope beside the hostel. Recommend 👍

The room was warm, comfortable and easy to stay in. We had quick access to the boardwalk, which was not well lit.

Room types range from simple to luxurious, you can choose as you like. The hotel is located on the top of a hill and the restaurant has a panoramic view of the city. The Southeast Asian buffet for weekend lunch is good. Behind the hotel is the top of the mountain, which is suitable for hiking during the day and an excellent place to watch the Aurora at night.

The room rate, including breakfast, is quite reasonable. Free parking is available outside, which is very convenient, and there's a communal kitchen where you can cook. Unfortunately, the clouds were too thick that day, so we didn't see the aurora borealis, which was a little disappointing.

The room is small and very clean. Each building has a communal kitchen and living room, where you can buy groceries and cook your own meals. The front desk's opening hours are very short, and most of the time the front desk is nowhere to be found.

The room was simple, but it was equipped with a toilet, sink, and bed so it wasn't inconvenient. It was about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. We were able to see the Northern Lights from the hill just a short distance from the inn.
