Although it feels a little old, it is a normal business hotel. If you're traveling, it might be better to go somewhere a little richer.
It's completely normal for business trips.
However, I think it's a good location because it's close to various tourist spots by car, and the parking lot is spacious.

木更津駅には15分ぐらい
近くにコンビニあり 食事は割と早い時間に閉まるところが多い
注意が必要
駐車場は完備されており ゴルフの前泊には良いかも

I knew it was an old building, so I didn't have high expectations. First of all, there was no protection against condensation, so as you can see in the photo, the cloth was peeling off. Immediately after entering the building, a dusty smell hit my nose. There is no pot inside the room, so you have to open the door inside the room, which is a hassle. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from Kisarazu Station to the hotel.

全国支援で泊まりました。その日は雨で、バスを乗り継いで行きました。知らない土地なので緊張もしていましたが、全国支援のための手続きとかで、フロントの方が怒り狂っていて、とても怖い思いをしました。知らない土地ですのでキャンセルするとまた怒られるかという勢いでした。逃げたかった。建物は古く、働いている人も古い人たちばかり。笑顔はまずあり得ませんでした。客の方がマシでした。ドリンクサービスといってますが、ウォーターサーバーとお茶があるだけ。期待したものとは程遠かった。夜9時ごろから12時ごろまでネットがつながりませんでした。フロントに確認したところ、やはり、『若い者の方がわかるだろう』、という態度でした。自分たちにはわからない、ということを言っていました。親戚の家に泊まっているみたいでした。お金が取られているので、恐喝か何かでしょう。

建物の古さは致し方ないとしても、清潔面は比例しないと思います。どんだけ使ってなかったんだよ⁉️というくらい、至るところ埃が溜まってました。
駅からは少し歩きますが、近くにドラッグストアSEIMSとLAWSONがあり、宿泊した部屋が最上階の7階海側だったので、眺望は良かったです。廊下には給茶機と電子レンジがあり、給茶機は、お湯と冷水、数種類の茶が選べます。
フロントスタッフも親切でした。

木更津在住の娘の出産後の手伝いで1ヶ月間、滞在しました。部屋からは富士山が見え、夕日が沈む時の富士山はとても美しいものでした。また、海沿いの貨物船の往来や川崎や君津の夜景が見えました。フロントの方はご年配の方もいらっしゃり、言葉少ないですが、心ある対応をして頂き大変感謝しています。ボイラーの急な故障の対応など、素晴らしと感じました。老舗の古いホテルですが、清掃は行き届き1ヶ月間、気持ち良く過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。
