The business was so good that I was asked to check out at 10 a.m. This year, Tokyo is hot and I can still play in the water in mid-September. The children had fun eating and the older friends enjoyed a hot spring bath overlooking Tokyo Bay.

Beautifully appointed room; the bed was supremely comfortable - and I’m picky!
Spotlessly clean throughout the facility including the spa, which made me confident proper measures had been taken to sanitize as well. Staff at front desk and Sakura buffet were more polite than welcoming.

It's really dirty, and the stairs on the way to the pool are so slippery, dirty, and dangerous that you wouldn't expect anyone to get injured.
There are no lifeguards at the outside pool.
Isn't it better to pay the price of a guesthouse if you can lay out your own futon instead of coming to lay it out because of the coronavirus outbreak?
When I went to the front desk with a question in the morning, there was a sign saying that they would not be able to answer questions before 7:00, which is impossible at a hotel.
All the toothbrushes are the same color and I can't tell which one is mine. It would be nice to have at least enough paper cups for each person, but we had 2 cups for a stay of 5 people.
There is no end to complaining. I would like to see more proper employee training.

10階の部屋から見る景色がとても良く、障子をあけると、富士山が見えて感無量でした。

掃除が行き届いていない。前の宿泊者のマスクが置いてあった。しかも、ロッカーキーも、男性分しか渡されなかった。夫婦で来てたので、男と女を渡すべき。何回か利用してるけど、今回はガッカリ。今度から利用しないと思う。

バイキングの食事は非常に良かった。色々な施設があり楽しいのですが何せ古くて汚いところが多かった。体を洗うところのホースがカビだらけで真っ黒だったりレバーが壊れていたりと残念な箇所が見受けられる。施設が盛沢山すぎて行き渡ってはないけれどそれを含めても行く価値はあるとは思います。子供たちは大喜び。花火も最高だった。

良かった点
バイキング・種類も多くお酒も飲み放題！パパは喜んでました。少食偏食の息子も食べれるものが多く珍しくいっぱい食べてくれました。
露天風呂・夜は星が綺麗で飛行機も飛んでいて綺麗でした。
花火・短い時間でしたがお部屋の目の前で打ち上がったので最高でした。
３歳の息子はコロナ禍で花火を見たことがなくはじめて近くで見る花火、すごく喜んでいました。
気になる点
お祭りランド・残念でした。期待しすぎたのかな！笑
黄金のお風呂・髪の毛、変なものいっぱい浮いていて気持ちが悪い。髪の毛とか取れるように洗面器か何か置いておいてほしい。
総合的にはすごく癒されるし、小さい子供がいても気にせずにのんびりできてファミリーにはすごくいいホテル。
また行きたいです！
