Hotel was fine. Only thing the main pool water was not heated and could not enjoyed the pool with kids.

The bar has poor drink options. The pool water wasn't warm enough. Rest of place was fine. Traffic around the area sucks bad.

Loved that the room was a true suite. However, it was dated and tired looking. In addition we had to ask the front desk for things like coffee maker which they did send up but without supplies and also an ice bucket.
Overall considering the price per night stay, this was not good value

It was a short stay (1night) but staff was very helpful. Loved that the pool was heated and open until 11pm! That was a plus. Breakfast buffet was really good. We got 2 bed and a sofa in one room for a great price. Would definitely be on the radar for our next Orlando trip

Property charges a resort fee.. this is not resort. There is a pool and a hot tub, but I wouldn’t trust the pool. Building is old and needs major renovation. It’s located beside an abandoned lot and behind a 7-11. The room’s carpet is very old and should be replaced. That’s including the furniture. There is a smell in the rooms, that is in the lobby also. The pillowcases did not smell fresh. And I didn’t trust the sheet’s either. Bathroom was clean, refrigerator was also clean. The shuttle was very late, so I had to call a Lyft. They make you stand on the street to catch the shuttle. Only food available is during breakfast hours, seating is limited. After that do not expect coffee or food. Elevator was dirty. Walls are very thin, you can hear everything. My resort fee was refunded to me, I will not be returning.

The property itself was nice the area was a mixed of old and rundown and new. It was great for the price. We had a 2 bedroom suite, it was clean and quiet.

Stay was really nice, we were out and about just about everyday and did not return until late evening. Honestly, we didn't spend alot of time at the hotel. Used pool and hot tub and was definitely a nice stay. Bed was comfortable, room and the rest of hotel was clean and maintained. Very spacious rooms, kids enjoyed having seperate spaces.
