Not atending to requests of modification/cancellation of the reserve due to the problems with delayed fligths.

When I arrived there were dirty sheets on one of the beds. They did come change it. There was no hot water so they had to fix that and did pretty quickly. For the price it’s a nice hotel two pools, a movie every day/night, pool tables and a large chess board. Also very close to the parks. Will stay here again.

The location is so strategic. Everything is good

Vicinity of my daughter and granddaughter. Room was OK, a little musty smell in halls and room but lowering air conditioning helped to eliminate. Bed was comfortable and lots of soft pillows. If you're there to watch TV...don't go there. The television is about the size of a computer monitor, although they have lots of channels. Did not use any other amenities but would stay again.

Defrauded me by taking a charge card for my three rooms, and instead of placing the hold they told me they were, double-charging me for a Resort Fee already collected by my booking agent, on an invoice I had just showed them!

The location is ok for Disney - they put on a shuttle to the parks but the only convenient one is to magic kingdom at 7.30am as the others are all past 10am Otherwise just get taxis to everything Margaritaville (small area of restaurants and bars) is a 45 min walk away Walmart just 5 min walk away Rooms are spacious Pools are also nice

Loved the location and environment.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed at, first of all the service is very bad at the front desk, at night there were huge rats and a skunk all along the wall ways. Plus a lot of noises and people smoking pot. The room was very bad as well I have so much pain sleeping in their lumpy beds the lamp lights were broken, the hot water was a joke it was cold, the sheets were dirty. The front desk wanted more money for the towers, instead of the other side of the hotel was just horrible. The only 2 things were nice was the location and the breakfast girls were great other than that I will never return again!! Don’t believe the hotel shuttles do anything like every hour it’s once a day, we took Uber to the theme parks instead.
