The staff were very welcoming and nice. The room was excellent and the grounds were well kept. I am thankful they had a room I was able to book last minute for a great price.

Totally loved this place. Exceptional service, well kept rooms. Quiet but very close to Disney, restaurants and shopping! We didn't have any complaints at all. Highly recommend !!

My wife and I come to this area about 4 times a year and when we do, we usually stay here. Although it is an older property, it has been kept in good shape. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. We will most definitely return.

Fantastic place for our 3 weeks for 4 in a 2 bed place. Had 2 bathrooms and excellent kitchen with dishwasher and own laundry. Great staff and easy location to all Disney and Universal at a fraction of the cost of their properties. Apartment was huge and plenty of space. Only cleaned once a week but this was fine as we are used to doing it ourselves and also felt much less intrusive and could just "feel at home".

Wow...I can see why this place was rated "Exceptional". My room was a small house with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, a full kitchen, living room and dining room.
The master bath was outstanding too. Stay here, you won't regret it.

Me and my partner went with our three children, this is our third trip to the Disney area, previously we have had hotels but on this occasion decided to go for an apartment at Polynesian isles resort, this worked out really well. The apartment was really spacious, well equipped and very comfortable. It was easy to get to all the parks and there are lots of restaurants or fast food places close by to choose from in the evening. We loved Polynesian isles and will definitely be stopping there for our next trip.

We love our stats at this resort. The staff are all friendly, it’s always clean, property is well taken care of. Lots of space in the condo units. This is our second time here and we will keep coming back.
