Our first time staying at this hotel. My niece birthday, so we treated her to old town. Found this hotel. Small but absolutely no complaints. Stayed 2 days. No smoking on property!! Next time we travel to Kissimmee, we will difiantly stay at monte carlo inn. Front desk was very professional.

This is the cutest little motel! Went for a weekend trip with my daughter, and was so pleasantly supplied at what we found! It was clean, staff were wonderful, even when we locked ourselves out of our room! Beds were comfortable and it had a microwave and fridge and all the amenities. Not the fanciest, but a great hotel for an affordable stay in Orlando. Will be back.

The front desk associates were not friendly. The man seemed like he was irritated. The next morning my husband and I was woke up out our sleep to roofing work done on a Saturday morning right above our room. I can say the room seemed cleaned but I have a very high opinion of good customer service. Both associates lacked it. My husband and I was going to stay an extra night, but because of the rude service we decided not to.

Very clean and nice hotel. The personnel was very service minded. We checked in at 2.30 am coming from a delayed flight. They even called us from the hotel to check that we were OK. We highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed here for one night. I read several recent reviews before I booked and I was not disappointed. When we pulled up, I had a brief moment of buyers remorse, as the outside did look a little shady. The front desk staff was very friendly though, and was able to acommodate us staying in a second floor room so that we felt a little safer since we were also travelling with our baby. When we entered the rooms, they were nothing like the outside, lol. They looked as though they have been recently refurbished. Everything was exceptionally clean, and even though we had a room with two double beds we had more than enough room to set up our baby's travel crib. The stay was very affordable, the area was quiet and we were close to grocery stores and the highway. Overall we would definitely stay again.

This property was good for the price we paid. It is in a good location. The shower is large and there is lots of space. The property is in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for our short stay.
