First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.

The hotel park is super large. I took the hotel's internal shuttle bus to another park for dinner. It took 20 minutes to get there. It is full of scenery, and there is a large swimming pool spa, sunbathing, large hotel room, kitchen, free laundry and drying. Dry, the room bed is big and comfortable, just no breakfast, but the convenience store is nearby

The accommodation fee does not include breakfast, but there is a restaurant at the door where you can buy three meals at any time to buy at any time. In the morning, you should open the door at around 7:00, and close at 10 o'clock in the evening. It is a variety of western food, and you can order food at different windows. However, although the location is biased, because the room layout is the same standardization, it is the same regardless of the location of the room. The only thing is that Ctrip's room is booked through a local agent in the United States, so if you want to take the hotel's free shuttlebus back to the hotel via Ctrip's room, be sure to let Ctrip find your flight number information in the guest information. A local American agent told the Disney Hotel. I once called the hotel directly and wanted to make an appointment in advance to get off the shuttlebus from Orlando Airport and go to the hotel. However, the hotel informed that because it is a room booked by Chinese travel agent, the shuttle bus is not accepted by the customer and must be booked through the hotel agent. However, this agent can only contact through Ctrip, and there is no way to contact him. Just for this appointment shuttlebus, I made a lot of calls to Ctrip before and after, and I haven't confirmed it all the time. Because of the time difference, our day is the night in the US, we go to work, and wait for the reply to be the next day. And the reply that was received the next day was ”there is no reply from the agent at the moment”, and it has been repeated several times. It is about 20 days later, and finally received a confirmation slip for booking shuttlebus, so This must be noted when booking.

Great for children, the hotel is clean, the pool is open all year round, and it is a heated pool! There are many breakfasts. They are all Western style. Buy a Disney quilt drink and drink it. If you want to play Disney, you must stay in a Disney hotel.

The resort was ok. However I will never book with trip.com again. I booked for the weekend of 3/18, checkout 3/20. I became very ill and requested my trip be moved to the next weekend, the 25th. They charged me $85, sent me a confirmation email and a check in voucher. I arrived at the resort and was informed I had no reservation. I sat with my family in the car until 10pm when they finally let me pay the 2 days resort fee and the $100 deposit. We got our room and went to bed. The next morning I was told it was fixed , no problem. That afternoon the resort told me I had to pay for my reservation as the payment from trip.com had not been received. I did not have the funds to pay again as I'm on Social Security Disabilty and this was a present for my grandson's 11th birthday. After many calls to trip.com and the front desk they decided to refund my money and I paid the resort when I got home. A totally ruined weekend for my family and I.

We enjoyed the stay very much. It's quiet, clean and friendly stuff. The way to Disney or other Attraction is perfect. It is the second time we are in Greenpoint and we'll com back for sure.

I can’t stay enough wonderful things about this new hotel. I have allergies and had a few conversations before my arrival. They couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. After all my planning, the day before I was to arrive, I tested positive for Covid and sadly had to cancel. I cancelled thru the Hilton App because it was the fastest easiest and I wasn’t feeling well. Can you imagine, the assistant manager called from the hotel the day I was suppose to arrive to see if I was ok when she saw my reservation cancelled !! My daughter and son in law still went (since we were attending my nieces wedding ) and they raved about the hotel. The rooms were spacious and spot perfect clean. They thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts and the gym. And plenty of parking, and close to wonderful restaurants and a Publix supermarket ! A huge shout out to Chris the General Manager and his entire staff. Looking forward to rescheduling my trip.
