"Super great location, right next to the train station and it’s the centre of Geneva. Helpful staff and the cafe there is super nice. The only thing is I have already requested a room facing inward but still the noise from the traffic is loud since early morning."

"It was a good stay, as we can prepare simple breakfast. They even prepared the sofa bed so that we can sleep comfortably. The AC didn’t work initially but after we checked with receptionist we managed to on it. The toilet has half covered glass which makes the water splash out and wet the floor of the whole bathroom, we have to be extra careful as we have a child with us. Slippery toilets are pretty dangerous. Otherwise all great."

"I stayed in this hostel just for one night but I had a very pleasant experience. The hostel is very close to the city center, in a very good position. The room and the bathroom were very clean and everything was well organized. They also provided me with the Geneva Transport Card which allowed me to use the public transport services for free. "I was very satisfied with the price-quality ratio of my stay in Appart'City Collection Geneve Aéroport - Vernier. Check the hotel's terrace on the 4th floor - which gave a very nice opportunity to watch the planes taking off. The staff was very nice and helpful. At the reception you can receive a free public transport pass for the Geneva city area for the duration of your stay. The bus stop is near the hotel. The room was big enough with the kitchenette, which was very convenient. Supermarket is nearby. The hotel itself is new and very clean."

"I was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him! The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities. Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine. I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well. The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly."

"Overall very warm, booked a double room with a kitchen. If you are not used to eating Western food, you can go to the supermarket to buy some food and come back to yourself. The disadvantage is that the front desk is not 24h service. We can't check out at the front desk because of the morning flight. The converter plug we borrowed is ready to be returned to the front desk, but no one. So I put it in the room. Later, the mail received the bill and directly charged us the cost of the conversion plug... Everyone returned to China, and it was no good to contact the hotel again. Can only be planted, but his morning croissant is very fresh and delicious!"

From there, you can take a lovely walk along the lakeside to the nearby city park and botanical garden. It's also very convenient to stroll along the lake to attractions like the Big Fountain."
