"Facilities: Well-equipped with great views. Cleanliness: Spacious, clean, and tidy. Service: Received recommendations for dining and activities, and even got a free room upgrade – excellent! The shower water temperature was good, but the room was a bit chilly. It's very convenient to get to all the scenic spots from the hotel. If you're visiting, take the scenic shuttle bus to Nanhuai, it's very close. Miao costume experience: A wide variety of clothes are available. There are no headpieces or makeup provided, but if you need them, you can rent them for just 20 yuan, which is a great deal."

"The hotel facilities are quite comprehensive, and the hygiene is well maintained. The shower head in the bathroom has good water pressure. The environment is just average. Construction work at the hotel hasn't finished, and the hotel is a bit far from Tuojiang River. There's nowhere to go right outside the hotel, although there's a small path leading to the riverbank, but it's narrow and steep, so you have to be extra careful. The service was attentive and responsive to all requests; they even brought me a buckwheat pillow. Although the room had heating, it was controlled by a central system, so I couldn't adjust the temperature, and it felt a bit chilly. The housekeeping department kindly provided an electric heater, which I really appreciated. The breakfast experience was great. The service quality didn't drop despite fewer guests during the off-season. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, and the variety of dishes was quite good, fully meeting our needs. I'm grateful that the hotel offers a shuttle service to the high-speed rail station, saving guests the hassle of figuring out how to get a taxi (there are no ride-sharing services in Fenghuang Ancient Town)."

"The hotel is right by the Tuojiang River, directly across from Fenghuang Ancient Town. You just cross a small wooden bridge and turn left, and you're there. It's also very close to Hongqiao Bridge and Tianhou Temple, and parking is convenient for those driving. In short, the location is excellent – right in the heart of everything. Now, about the service: the hotel offers a butler service. After booking, your butler will contact you to arrange pick-up details. Luggage handling upon arrival was incredibly smooth; we didn't feel any inconvenience from the old town's vehicle restrictions. Seriously, hats off to them. The butler also asked about our travel plans and offered a hotel guide to accompany us on tours around the area and the ancient town. The cost was reasonable and very thoughtful. When I booked, I was a bit worried the hotel might be old with outdated facilities. However, after checking in, everything was perfect. The phone charging outlets were conveniently placed, the curtains were electrically controlled, and the room featured a full set of custom mahogany furniture, including a tea table, tea set, and leather sofa. It's especially suitable for long-distance travelers looking to recuperate and relax. Five-star rating!"

The staff were exceptionally friendly; they not only greeted me warmly but also came out to welcome me, which made me feel at ease right from arrival. When I checked out, they even gave me a small gift as a souvenir, a thoughtful gesture that turned this stay into a truly wonderful memory. "I usually stay in chain hotels when I travel, so staying in a guesthouse this time was a pleasant surprise. First, the guesthouse's location is excellent, right by the Rainbow Bridge in the scenic area, making it very convenient to get in and out. Second, it has its own private courtyard, which is great for parking if you're driving. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Plus, the breakfast included rice noodles, which were absolutely delicious – much better than those at the rice noodle shops in the scenic area. The front desk lady was also very helpful; she kindly offered a complimentary breakfast for our family trip, and even lent me her computer when I needed to quickly edit a document. My only slight discomfort was that I'm used to sleeping on a soft bed at home, and the mattress here was a bit on the firm side."

There's a shuttle bus stop right next door, which would be more convenient for those traveling by high-speed rail without a car. The hotel's facilities are decent. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, but after trying a noodle shop by the road nearby, I realized that eating outside isn't necessarily better value or tastier. Maybe we just didn't find the right place, as the food quality was pretty much the same both inside and outside the hotel."

"This B&B was the perfect end to our family's trip to Hunan! The service here was incredibly warm, sincere, and simply delightful. We were initially wondering how to get from the high-speed rail station, but the B&B proactively called us and helped arrange a pick-up service, which saved us a lot of hassle. We booked a river-view room, which was spacious, with simple yet elegant and stylish decor. Its location near Tuojiang Cloud Bridge was lovely and wonderfully quiet. After checking in, our family ordered food and drinks to the room. We were so captivated by the view that we didn't even want to go out!
