While the facilities aren't new and the ambiance is just average, it's perfectly adequate for a short stay. Soundproofing isn't the best, but it was generally quiet enough not to disturb my sleep. Check-in at the front desk was fast, and the service attitude was good. Overall, for this price point, the cleanliness and basic conditions are up to standard, with no major complaints. It's suitable for a quick stopover, a business trip, or a one-night stay – clean and safe, which is very reassuring."

"I highly recommend this hidden gem of a hotel! I stayed for four nights with my child and elderly family members, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The room was incredibly new, with no strange smells at all. Plus, many of the devices throughout the room were connected via Xiaomi smart home, making them incredibly smart and convenient to use. The portable water heater, in particular, was a lifesaver when traveling with a child! The facilities are modern and comprehensive, making our stay so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. Best of all, it offers incredible value for money – we enjoyed a high-quality experience for a very reasonable price. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"The service was generally good. However, one of the receptionists, who spoke limited English, was quite confusing to communicate with. Her attitude toward me didn’t feel very friendly, and I’m not sure if it was due to a bad day or something else. The rest of the staff were very nice and polite. The room, as well as the overall hotel interior and atmosphere, was really good. We booked a twin room, and although the room size was a bit small, it was still comfortable. Regarding room service, it seems they forgot to clean our room on the first day. I also requested two toothbrushes, but they brought new ones again the next day. Interestingly, the “Do Not Disturb / Please Clean” sign was only delivered right before we checked out, even though it should have been provided on the first day 😅 Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided pretty good service. The location is slightly away from the city center."

"Yunyi Zizai was such a pleasant surprise! The location is excellent, close to the shopping district. The rooms are spacious with Mousse mattresses, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the smart amenities are a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offers Inner Mongolian specialties like shaomai and lamb offal soup, and the afternoon tea is exquisite. The service was impeccable throughout my stay. It's my top choice for business trips or leisure travel~"

"The room was spacious and bright, and very clean. Parking was also convenient, though the only downside was the 20 yuan charge for overnight parking. Another minor issue was that despite the large room, the shower stall felt quite small. Otherwise, everything else was great."

"This is an apartment hotel with spacious rooms and a small dining table, which is very convenient. The view from the window is great, and the hygiene is good. There are various restaurants nearby, and it's very close to attractions like Jokhang Temple and Kuan Alley. They offer free parking, but be sure to pay attention to the entrance of the underground parking garage. If you're driving, it's best to call the front desk in advance to ask for directions on how to enter the parking lot, otherwise, if you miss it, you'll have to drive for another 10 minutes to get back."

"酒店整體五星 讚的地方很多 早餐豐富 好 蔬菜水果新鮮 出餐還算比較準時 還有現燒小餛飩 麪條 現蒸本地特色羊肉燒賣（這裏叫稍麥 和南方不同 裏面是全肉芯子的 不是糯米的）前台服務很好 希望老闆看到獎勵他們 專業友好 早餐廳和下午茶服務員也都非常好 後廚團隊好 房間的話 足夠大 桌子也大 東西都能擺 有一次性拖鞋 洗澡的塑料拖鞋都準備了 這個細節非常貼心 雖然不用的 我們都是自帶 一次性梳子牙膏牙刷都有 這個國外酒店基本全無 無關星級 國內酒店有的有有的無 這家酒店太寵客人了 都預備上了 房間還提供4瓶水2袋小青豆零食 我們每天都不需要買水了 問阿姨多要2瓶水 房間被子和床也都舒服 電視機不太喜歡 不是酒店付費好的網絡平台電視 是電視台 放來放去幾部劇重複 也就新聞稍微看看 投屏有的但不喜歡投 直接有網絡電視更好 資源豐富的平台 比如小米之類 掛衣服這塊設計喜歡 比櫃子好 衣架也多 足夠掛 洗澡水很熱 洗手池水也很熱 大 很好 但是洗澡水不夠大 急 比較小 要洗很久才能沖乾淨洗髮水和沐浴露 酒店都有提供 還有擦身體乳 我們都自帶不用 房間我們整個入住期間都是不要客房打掃服務的 每天就是請阿姨來更換下毛巾 補充水和紙巾 這個有點不高興 廁所紙巾每天2卷應該是標配 小餐精紙2包也是標配 我們用的多 每天都多要一包 不會浪費的 單數酒店打掃阿姨説用的多 整層樓都沒我們多🙄 我請問 別人不用和用多少是別人的事 我們用我們的 全球到處旅行我們住酒店 都是這麼用的 不是住你們酒店就故意用的多 這話講的真沒必要 如果我們每天要10捲紙10包餐巾紙 那是用太多了誇張對吧 希望注意下這點 阿姨人挺好的 也會酒店考慮 但我脾氣好 不會因此給差評 換個避雷針來也許就是差評 這些瑕疵不能遮蓋酒店整體很好 我很喜歡 如果以後還來呼市玩 以及同學朋友們要來玩 我都很推薦來這家住 超值 舒適 對了 酒店還提供下午茶 可以吃水果 瓜子花生小點心 晚上還有麪條 我們不吃 都是點外賣 每天都派我媽去拿了帶回房間吃 前幾天都很好呢 服務員小姐姐還讓多拿點 帶了吃 最後一天下午 搞笑了 一老大姐從廚房跑出來餐廳看着 然後跟我媽媽説吃太多了 2人3個小蘋果 3個梨 3根香蕉 一把瓜子哪裡多了 本來就是自助 坐裏面吃 從開始吃到結束 都給吃光了也沒問題吧 點心我們也不吃 每天拿水果吃 又沒浪費 按這老大姐思想 酒店就寫清楚 每人規定 可以吃幾個 真是敗興 還是那句話 別人吃不吃 吃多少不關我們的事 我們吃自己能吃完的 不浪費的 另外還有一點就是房間比較冷 空調不制熱 油汀又已經不供暖了 且無法自己開關控制 還好被子是暖和的 還有一個點 客房走廊裏有窗户 應該白天都打開通風散散味道 走廊裏一股煙味 還還有 房間煙味淹入味了 再開窗户通風都沒用 來北方旅行吧 衹能接受 就沒乾淨禁煙的酒店 都是房間裏可抽煙的 臭煙鬼到處禍害 另外我們剩餘的水都留在房間裏了 並不會去浪費掉 這裏房間每天有4瓶水還能多要2瓶水非常滿意 足夠喝"
