"We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free."

"The front desk service was excellent! The location is superb, just across the street from Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and very close to the Bund. This trip, I brought my family and booked three rooms, including a suite for my parents. The view from the suite's window was great, overlooking Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street and even a glimpse of the 'three-piece suit' (referring to the iconic Lujiazui skyline)! The room facilities were good, and we received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in. Breakfast was decent too! Overall, it was a very pleasant stay!"

"Staying during the National Day in 2023, the whole homestay is located in the center of Zhujiajiao, very close to the Chenghuang Temple cruise ship terminal, surrounded by restaurants, many choices, there are many elegant cafes on the right hand side of West Lake Street, the design style of the homestay is simple, elegant, retro, The interior of the room is spacious and comfortable, and the objects used are also of high quality. It is also equipped with floor heating, which is also warm and comfortable in winter."

"We stayed in room 219 (Standard Duplex Studio) and had a good experience. The shower has excellent water pressure and the drain worked perfectly, with no clogs. The mattress is firm and comfortable, ensuring good nights of sleep. The room was clean and received daily housekeeping, including bottled water replenishment. It also has a kettle, a mini-fridge, a small workspace with a simple chair, and central air-conditioning with individual controls that cools the upper floor well. Despite being on a busy avenue, the soundproofing is effective and we didn’t hear any noise. The room has a small window, and there are larger windows in a storage area or narrow internal corridor that isn’t very functional. The hotel itself is quite convenient. Most of the front desk staff speak English, except for an older gentleman who works the night shift, but if needed, you can go to the reception in Block A, where there’s always someone who can communicate in English. The location is very practical, centrally situated for getting around the city, with a subway station in the building itself and another just across the street, as well as a market nearby and a convenience store at the entrance. Among the amenities, there’s a good free gym and at least two laundry areas with free washing machines and dryers, which was a big plus. Each floor has a guest kitchen equipped with good utensils and appliances, though it has few plates, no cutlery, and, unfortunately, is a bit dirty, with dishes left by other guests and many old items piled up. There are also several comfortable spaces to work. Access to the elevator includes a small set of stairs, which isn’t much of an obstacle. Overall, the stay was pleasant and convenient, with highlights in the room’s comfort, the location, and the hotel’s facilities, despite a few small details that could be improved."

"Had the absolute best check-in experience of my life, thanks to Freya at the front desk. We were tired from our flight, and she greeted us with the warmest smile and incredible hospitality. She not only got us into our room early but surprised us with a complimentary upgrade and breakfast! Truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Five stars for her!"

"The room was immaculate, and the overall environment was charming. It featured a kitchen, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast. Its location right next to a shopping mall with a large supermarket was incredibly convenient! On the fifth floor, there's also an open-air garden offering breathtaking night views of Shanghai. Plus, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite this time, which was incredibly comfortable. Thumbs up! 👍"

"The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. "This was my first solo trip to China, visiting Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Wuzhen. The hotel room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The location is excellent — conveniently close to the metro station and within walking distance of several sightseeing spots. The front desk service was wonderful. A special thank you to the staff member 欧杨, who patiently answered all my questions about transportation in Shanghai. He provided clear directions and detailed information on how to use public transport to get around. He even helped me check travel information for Hangzhou and Wuzhen without fail. Helped carry my luggage to the main street and wait for the taxi when I leave. I truly appreciate his kind assistance — it made my trip much smoother and more enjoyable!"

"Great Friendly hotel . The staff can not do enough for you . English speaking is not availble whilst we were staying but they had a great translation app. Hotel bed was so comfortable !! Great shower and goid quality towels. Room size ok for max three night stay. Airport pick up and drop off great . They will wechat you to communicate . Breakfast simple but plentyfull and tasty. Location 20 mins in traffic from airport/train station. The robot room service was great !! Recommend top flloor away from lift .. All in all a great stay would use again thank you so much !"
